ODHS|OHA Shared Services use Rules Advisory Committees (RACs) or other methods when we develop or amend Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Serving on a RAC or participating by other methods is an excellent way to give input on rules as they are developed, changed or repealed, and on the fiscal impact of proposed rulemaking. See the Rules Advisory Committee policy for more information. The table below lists opportunities to participate or notes for those opportunities completed by OTIS for collaborative rulemaking, prior to filing the Rulemaking Notice. All comments received regarding rules made effective after July 1, 2025 will be posted on this site for public transparency.
