Vehicle Title, Registration & Permit Fees

  • You cannot go to a DMV office to apply for a title or registration at this time. You must mail your transaction and fees to DMV, or go online if you already have an Oregon title in your name and want to renew or replace your plates.
  • Please keep images or copies of the documents you mail to us.
  • It may take 10 to 12 weeks for you to receive a title and 9 weeks to receive plates or stickers.
  • You should not be cited for expired plates or trip permits at this time.
If you are mailing them in, make checks and money orders payable to 'Oregon DMV'.
