Veteran Resources Guide: Agency Resources

Agency Resources for Veterans and Families

During the COVID 19 Pandemic, the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA) continues to fulfill its mission of serving and honoring veterans and their families. In an attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19 and protect the public and its staff, ODVA is temporarily changing the way it provides services:

  • If you need services, please call our office at 800-828-8801.
  • If you require in-person assistance, our staff will set an appointment with you over the phone.
  • If you have an emergent need and cannot utilize other methods, please come in.
  • Deliveries are still being accepted in the normal manner.
