• Excellent medical, vision and dental benefit package for the employee and qualified family members with very low monthly out-of-pocket cost.

Paid Leaves and Other Benefits

• Sick leave earned at the rate of 8 hours per month with no maximum accumulation
• Vacation leave earned at a minimum rate of 8 hours per month with accrual rate increase at 5-year increments
• 24 hours personal leave earned each fiscal year
• 11 paid holidays a year
• Additional optional benefits, such as basic life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, deferred compensation savings program, and flexible spending accounts for health care and childcare expenses

Retirement Benefits
