Sexual Misconduct Case Outcomes

A junior enlisted Servicemember alleged that they were sexually assaulted by another another junior enlisted Servicemember after a night of drinking.  The allegations were investigated and substantiated.  The offender was with separated from the service with an other than honorable characterization of service.

A noncommissioned officer alleged they were the victim of abusive sexual contact by another noncommissioned officer at a private residence.  The allegation was investigated and substantiated.  The offender was separated from the service with an other than honorable characterization of service.
