• Agate Lake boat launch is open. The lake is 100% full.

 Agency Lake

• Henzel and Petric Park's boat ramps are open.

 Allen Creek Reservoir

• Open May 15 – September 15, this primitive boat ramp is located on the southeast corner of the reservoir. The access road is extremely primitive and rough, please drive slowly.

 Alsea River

• The Port of Alsea boat launch and kayak dock are open.

 Ana Reservoir

• The boat ramp is inaccessible until May 1^st.

 Antelope Flat Reservoir

• The Antelope Flat boating access site is open.

 Anthony Lakes

• Anthony Lakes Campground and boat launch open on July 1^st.

 Applegate Reservoir

• UPDATE: French Gulch boating access site is open year-round. Water is approximately 120 feet over the end of the ramp. The gravel road and ramp provide low-water access for off-season use of the reservoir.
• UPDATE: Copper ramp is a primitive boat launch which consists of a paved roadbed leading into the lake, the pavement turns to dirt as the reservoir recedes. The water is approximately 58 feet over the bottom of the ramp.
• Hart-Tish ramp is closed, anticipated opening in May.

 Badger Lake

• Badger Lake Campground is closed, anticipated opening in May.

 Ben Irving Reservoir

• The boat ramp and East day use area are open.

 Benson Lake

• Benson Lake State Park is open. The park is only accessible to eastbound traffic, from exit #30. The restroom and water will be turned off until May 30^th.

 Beulah Reservoir

• UPDATE: The reservoir is approximately 95% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation. There is approximately 21 feet of water over the end of the ramp.

 Big Lake

• Big Lake West, Big Lake campgrounds, and Big Lake Day Use boating access sites are anticipated to reopen in May.

 Blair Lake

• Blair Lake Campground is closed due to the Cedar Creek Fire. Willamette National Forest - Blair Lake Campground

 Blue Lake

• Blue Lake Regional Park is open.

 Blue River Reservoir

• UPDATE: Saddle Dam boat ramp is open. Willamette National Forest - Saddle Dam Boat Launch There is approximately 35 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
• UPDATE: Lookout Campground is open; however, the water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
• Mona Campground boat ramp is closed, tentatively reopening in May.

 Bradley Lake

• Bradley Lake boat ramp is open year-round.

 Brownlee Reservoir

• UPDATE: Farewell Bend State Park is open for day use year-round. There is approximately 8 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
• Hewitt Park low-water ramp is open year-round. The middle ramp is open, with eight feet of water over the end of the ramp. The park will be closed April 8-10 for repaving.
• UPDATE: Holcomb Park is open; the water is approximately 2 feet below the boat ramp and unusable.
• Mid Valley Bass Club will be holding a fishing tournament April 26^th-27^th, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. https://www.facebook.com/groups/Midvalleybass/
• Moonshine Mine boat ramp is open, weather permitting. There is approximately 26 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
• The Spring Recreation Campground is open year-round, weather permitting. The boarding dock has been removed for the winter. The restrooms are not maintained during the off season and water is unavailable. The water is approximately nine feet below the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

 Bull Prairie Reservoir

• Bull Prairie Campground is listed as open. Umatilla National Forest - Bull Prairie Lake Campground

 Bully Creek Reservoir

• UPDATE: The park and boat ramp are open. The reservoir is 97% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation

 Campbell Lake

• The lake is frozen.
• Campbell Lake Campground anticipates reopening mid-May.

 Cape Meares Lake

• Cape Meares Lake boat ramp is open. Use caution when launching as you may encroach on Bay Ocean Rd.

 Carmen Smith Reservoir

• U.S. Forest Service has closed Carmen Reservoir from the center of the reservoir up the high-water line and extends to the spillway area to the southwest and Forest Service Roads 2600-750 and 2600-751 to vehicle and pedestrian traffic through April 2027. fseprd1102828.pdf

 Chetco River

• NEW: The Port of Brookings Harbor will have lane 6 closed on the west side for repairs April 17, 2025 to April 25, 2025.
• Alfred A. Loeb State Park access to the gravel bar is open. There is a drop off on the access to the gravel bar. 
• Miller Bar, Nook Bar, Redwood Bar, and South Fork Campgrounds and Day Use areas have large drop offs on the access to the gravel bar.

 Chickahominy Reservoir

• The boat ramp is open year-round, weather permitting. The docks have a temporary connection to the abutment and piling.

 Clackamas Lake

• Clackamas Lake Campground opens May 23^rd.

 Clackamas River

• NEW: Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival is scheduled May 16-18, 2025, from 12:00pm-5:00pm. Clack Fest | Upper Clackamas Whitewater Festival
• Clackamette Park is open, however the boat ramp is closed due to safety concerns. Paddlecraft may launch from shore.
• Milo McIver State Park boat ramp is open.
• Moore Creek, Hole-in-the-Wall, and Sandstone Boat Access sites are open year-round.
• Fish Creek boat slide remains closed from the 2020 Fire.

 Clear Lake (Linn County)

• Clear Lake Resort, Marina and boat ramp are open year-round. 
• Cold Water Cove is closed until May.

 Clear Lake (Wasco County)

• UPDATE: Clear Lake Campground is closed until mid-May, and the lake is 25% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation

 Cleawox Lake

• ADVISORY: March 15^th through September 15^th. Some beaches have seasonal recreation restrictions during nesting season for the western snowy plover. On these beaches, foot and equestrian traffic are permitted on wet sand only; all other recreation is prohibited.  Be sure to check if your dog is allowed—some areas require leashes, while others prohibit dogs entirely to protect these threatened birds. Areas with special rules are marked on the beach with signs. For more information visit oregon.gov/plovers. 
• Honeyman State Park is open.

 Coffenbury Lake

• ADVISORY: March 15^th through September 15^th. Some beaches have seasonal recreation restrictions during nesting season for the western snowy plover.  Cold Springs Reservoir

• Cold Springs Reservoir is 54% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation.

 Columbia River

• Hammond Marina is now open. Repairs will be taking place along D Dock during April and May. One launch lane may be limited during this time.
• Warrenton Marina and boat ramp are open.
• City of St Helens Courthouse docks are open. Water, power and pump out station are operating. Construction/repairs have started. Docks will remain open during construction with minimal invasion.
• Sandy Beach (Schwitter Landing) tie-up dock was damaged. 24 feet of dock have been removed and State Parks is working to determine the best course of action for repair. For questions, please contact Guy Rodrigue at guy.rodrigue@OPRD.oregon.gov
• M. James Gleason boating access is open. The pumpout and dump stations are open.
• Chinook Landing ramp, docks and restrooms are open. The pumpout and dump stations are available.
• Rooster Rock day use is open year-round. The launch ramp is only usable during higher river flows due to heavy sedimentation. 
• Port of Cascade Locks boat launch is open.
• Port of Hood River boat launch is open.
• Mayer State Park boating access is open.
• Port of The Dalles boating access and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station are closed for the season. The marine fuel station is operated by the Yacht Club and offers both diesel and gasoline.
• The Port of Arlington boat launch, marine fuel station, nonmotorized launch and tie-up dock are open.
• Boardman Marina boat launch is open.

• Umatilla Marina boat ramp and docks are open.
• Hat Rock State Park is open.

 Cooper Creek Reservoir

• Cooper Creek East and West boating access sites are open.

 Coos Bay

• North Spit docks are installed. Keep a look out for woody debris in the bay.
• Eastside Boat Ramp is open, and the docks are installed.
• Empire boat ramp is open. The boarding docks have been removed to prevent damage during the winter. The docks will be reinstalled in April.
• The California Street boat ramp is open.
• Charleston Marina and Boat ramp are open, the pumpout and dump station are open.

 Coos River

• Myrtle Tree boat ramp is open.

 Coquille River

• Sturdivant Park's boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open. Camping is closed.
• Bandon Marina and Boat Ramp are open.
• Bullard's Beach ramp is open. Docks are anticipated to be installed by April 25^th.
• Riverton boat ramp is open.
• Coquille and Arago Boat Ramps are closed for seasonal flooding.

 Cottage Grove Reservoir

• UPDATE: Wilson Creek boat ramp is open for the season. The water is approximately three feet over the end of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
• UPDATE: Lakeside Boat Ramp is open year-round. There is approximately 37 feet of water over the end of the ramp.

 Cougar Reservoir

• Slide Creek Campground and Echo Park are listed as closed. Willamette National Forest - Slide Creek Campground

 Crane Prairie

• Browns Mountain boating access has a shallow slope with four-inch gaps between concrete planks. The location on the reservoir provides for calmer water and is a great place for paddlers to explore.
• Rock Creek boating access and campground reopening is tentatively scheduled for May 16^th.  Deschutes National Forest - Rock Creek Campground (usda.gov)
• Quinn River boat launch and campground tentatively scheduled to reopen May 16^th. The ramp has a shallow slope, and the asphalt approach is damaged and breaking apart.
• Crane Prairie Resort and Marina tentative reopening April 19 with first fishing day April 22.
• Crane Prairie Day Use ramp is inaccessible due to snow. 

 Crescent Lake

• Crescent Lake and Spring Campgrounds and boat launches tentative reopening May 23^rd.

 Crump Lake

• Oregon Department of State Lands implemented rule on November 1, 2023, determines periodic closures of Crump Lake in Lake County when the lakebed is exposed.  Crystal Creek

• Malone Springs boat launch is open.
• Rocky Point ramp on Recreation Creek is about ten-minute drive south and trailered boats can use the boat ramp.

 Cullaby Lake

• Carnahan County Park is open.
• Cullaby Lake Boating Access is open.

 Cultus Lake

• Cultus Lake Campground and boat ramp tentative reopening late May.
• Cultus Lake Day Use and boating site tentatively reopening June 14^th.
• Cultus Lake Resort tentative reopening May.
• Big Cove Boat-In, Little Cove Boat-In, and West Cultus Campgrounds are closed until June 13^th.

 Davis Lake

• East Davis Lake campground and boat launch is tentatively reopening April 25^th.

 Deadhorse Lake

• Deadhorse Lake Park and boating access area tentatively reopening mid-May.

 Delintment Lake

• Delintment Lake Campground and boating access tentatively reopening mid-May.

 Depoe Bay

• Depoe Bay boat ramp is open.

 Depot Slough

• The Port of Toledo short-term tie-up docks are open.

 Deschutes River

• ADVISORY: Mecca Flat Campground entrance road is extremely rough, requiring 4WD. The ramp has a two-foot drop off at the end, boating launch is very difficult.

• UPDATE: Pringle Falls and Wyeth Campgrounds are still listed as closed. Deschutes National Forest - Wyeth Campground
• Heritage Landing is open year-round, weather dependent.

• Lava Island Falls (Big Eddy), Aspen, Dillon Falls, Slough, and Besson, are open, weather dependent.
• Harpers Bridge and Tetherow boat access are open, weather dependent.

 Detroit Lake

• Detroit Lake Marina season opens in May.

• Southshore Campground tentative opening in June.
• State Park D loop boating access is open. The water is seven feet below the bottom of the ramp.

 Devil's Lake (Deschutes)

 Devil's Lake (Lincoln)

• Devil's Lake State Recreation Area Day Use is open year-round, weather dependent. The campground is closed until May.

 Dexter Reservoir

• Lowell and Dexter State Park boat ramps are open, and the docks are floating. Water is approximately 9 feet above the bottom of the ramps.  Diamond Lake

Dog Lake

 Dorena Reservoir

• UPDATE: Harms Park is open year-round; however, the water is fluctuating at the bottom of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. • East Lake and Cinder Hill Campgrounds are closed until mid-June.

 Eel Lake

• William M. Tugman State Park boat launch and kayak launch are open

 Elk Lake (Deschutes)

• Elk Lake, Little Fawn, Odessa Picnic, and Sunset View Day Use boating sites are closed for the season.
• Elk Lake Resort will reopen May 23^rd.
• Little Fawn and Point Campgrounds are closed for the season.

 Emigrant Lake

• UPDATE: The lake is 98% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation

 Estacada Lake

• The Milo McIver State Park is open year-round.

 Fall Creek Reservoir

• Cascara boating access opens May 1^st.
• North Shore is open with approximately 86 feet of water over the end of the ramp as of last week. There is woody debris in the reservoir which can block ramp access.
• Winberry opens May 1^st.

 Faraday Lake

• Faraday Lake is open. Faraday Lake (portlandgeneral.com)

 Fern Ridge Reservoir

• Orchard Point Marina is open, and water is approximately eight feet of water over the end of the ramps. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
• Perkins Peninsula Park is open, and water is approximately four feet over the end of the ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.
• Richardson Park Marina is open, and water is more than seven feet of water over the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

 Floras Creek

• Boice Cope Campground and boat ramp are open.

 Foster Reservoir

• Sunnyside Park day use, and boating access is open year-round. Water levels are approximately six feet over the bottom of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

 Fourmile Lake

 Galesville Reservoir

• UPDATE: Chief Miwaleta County Park is open. One dock is submerged and the other has been removed for repairs.

 Garrison Lake (Port Orford)

• 12^th Street boat ramp and Pinehurst gravel ramp are open. Pinehurst is a great access site for paddlecraft to explore the lake.

 Green Peter Reservoir                                                                       

• UPDATE: Thistle Creek upper ramp is open. There is approximately 13 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp. The docks are usable. There is a lot of debris on the lake, keep a lookout. Thistle Creek County Boat Ramp | Linn County Parks & Recreation (linnparks.com) 
• UPDATE: Whitcomb Creek boat ramp opens April 18^th. The water is approximately 27 feet over the bottom of the ramp.

 Haystack Reservoir

• UPDATE: Haystack (West and South) are open for day use and camping. The docks are in the water. The reservoir is 79% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation

 Heart Lake

• Heart Lake boating access site is tentatively scheduled to open mid-May.

 Hells Canyon Reservoir

• Hells Canyon Creek boat ramp is open, and the water is now turned on. The Visitors Center is closed for the season.
• Copperfield boat launch open, weather dependent. Call 541-785-7251 for current road conditions between Oxbow and Hells Canyon Dam.

 Henry Hagg Lake

• ADVISORY: Remember to check the waterway rules. Boat Oregon Map There is a 200 ft. slow no wake zone around the entire perimeter of the lake. Boats operating east of the buoy line must move in a counterclockwise direction and not exceed 35mph.   Protect your boating activities and follow the rules! 
• NEW: The Eagle Point boat ramp will be closed on April 21, 2025 and May 5, 2025 from 6:00am to 3:00pm. The Multnomah and Clackamas Search and Rescue dive teams, supported by the Washington County Sheriff Marine Patrol, will be conducting search and rescue training during these times.

• Ramp A and C have more than 60 feet of water over the end of the boat ramps.

 Hills Creek Reservoir

• CT Beach boating access water level has approximately 18 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.

 Holbrook Reservoir

 Hosmer Lake

• Hosmer Lake Boating Site is listed as closed. Deschutes National Forest - Hosmer Lake Boating Site

 Howard Prairie Reservoir

• UPDATE: The boat launches, Marina, and gas pumps are open. If you haven't reserved your marina slip for a night, week or seasonal, contact Jackson County Parks Office (541) 774-8183. The reservoir is 84% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
• Grizzly Park, Klum Landing, and Willow Point Campground are anticipated to open mid-May. Jackson County, Oregon - Official Government Website

 Hyatt Lake

• UPDATE: The reservoir is 83% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
• Cascade, Wildcat Campground and Mountain View Boat Ramps are closed for the season.

John Day River

• NEW: Priest Hole Recreation Site reopened April 14. The Bureau of Land Management identified that there are 14 new campsites, two group day use areas, and an additional vault toilet. BLM Reopens Priest Hole Recreation Site | Bureau of Land Management
• The Starvation Boat Ramp is open for use. However, the ramp is mostly submerged at this time.
• J.S. Burres is open. The water is very high, flooding part of the ramp.

 Jubilee Lake

• Jubilee Lake Campground is listed as open. Umatilla National Forest - Jubilee Lake Campground

 Kilchis River

• UPDATE: Mapes Creek and County Park boat launches are open for use. The river is getting too low for drift boats to use upstream of Mapes Creek. Single person craft are still able to navigate.

 Kinglsey Reservoir

• The Campground is now open.

 Klamath River (former J.C. Boyle Reservoir)

• UPDATE: Topsy and Pioneer Park East (Sportsman Park) are permanently closed. Klamath River Renewal Corporation is working to improve the Pioneer Park West boating access site and on a new access site at Moonshine Falls. Opening of those sites is unknown at this time.

 Lake Billy Chinook

• Cove Palisades Resort and Marina opens May 1^st. Contact Cove Palisades resort and marina - Boat Rental, Boating, Houseboats for the most current information.
• Perry South campground is tentatively scheduled to reopen May 24th. Perry South Campground (portlandgeneral.com)
• Lower Deschutes Day Use and Upper Deschutes Day Use boat ramps are open year-round, depending upon the weather.
• Cove Palisades State Park is open.
• Crooked River Day Use ramp is open year-round, depending upon the weather.

 Lake Creek

• Konnie Memorial, Schindler Landing, and Deadwood are open.

 Lake Harriet

• Lake Harriet Campground and Day Use area are open year-round, depending upon the weather. Lake Harriet (portlandgeneral.com).

 Lake Lytle

• The City Park is open. New restroom facilities are being completed this Spring. Lake Lytle to Get Facelift – City of Rockaway Beach Awarded $433,576 Grant from Oregon Parks & Recreation for Phase 1, New Restrooms

 Lake of the Woods

• Aspen Point and Sunset Campground boating access sites tentatively scheduled to open mid-May. Fremont-Winema National Forest - Sunset Campground Lake of the Woods
• Rainbow Bay and Lake of the Woods Resort are open year-round. Check with the Resort to see if the lake is frozen.

 Lake Owyhee Reservoir

• Gordon Gulch boat ramp is open year-round. There is currently approximately 56 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
• McCormack boat ramp is open.
• Indian Creek boat ramp is open There is currently approximately 72 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
• Leslie Gulch boat ramp is open, dependent upon the weather. The water is 27 feet over the bottom of the boat ramp.
• Lake Owyhee State Park is open year-round.

 Lake Penland

• Penland Lake Campground is open year-round. It is not maintained throughout the winter and is only available via snowmobiles once the road is closed due to snow. It is maintained seasonally from Memorial Day through mid-November.

 Lake Simtustus

• Pelton Park Marina boat launch is open, and rentals are available at the end of May.
• Indian Park Campground is open.

 Laurance Lake

• Laurance Lake Campground and boat ramp tentative reopening in May.

 Lava Lake

• Lava Lake campground, boating access, Lava Lake Resort and Marina are tentatively scheduled to reopen in May.

Lemolo Lake

• Poole Creek and East Lemolo Campgrounds are closed for the season.
• Lemolo Lake (Idleyld Park) tentative reopening May 3^rd.

Little Cultus Lake

• Little Cultus Campground and boating access is tentatively scheduled to reopen at the end of May.

 Little Lava Lake

• Little Lava Lake Campground and boat launch are tentatively scheduled to reopen mid-May.

 Lofton Reservoir

• Lofton Reservoir Campground is open for winter activities via snowmobile with reduced services through mid-May. The Reservoir is currently frozen.

 Lookout Point Reservoir

• Meridian Park is tentatively scheduled to open mid-May.
• The Signal Point boat ramp is open. There is more than 70 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.

• Hampton boating access water level is fluctuating at the bottom of the boat ramp.  Please avoid power loading your boat on and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp causing expensive repairs and permitting.

• Black Canyon Campground and boat ramp are anticipated to reopen in May.

 Loon Lake

• Loon Lake Recreation Site is scheduled to open in late May.
• The East Shore Day Use Area is open year-round, weather dependent. Paddlecraft can carry down from the Day Use Area.

 Lost Creek Reservoir

• NEW: Take a Vet Fishing Day scheduled May 17, 2025, from 6:00am to 4:00pm. Middle Rogue Steelheaders - Southern Oregon Fishing Club
• UPDATE: Joseph Stewart Resort and Marina are open, and the water is approximately 53 feet over the end of the ramp.
• UPDATE: Takelma has approximately 113 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. This boat ramp is open year-round, weather permitting. 

 Lost Lake (Clatsop County)

• Lost Lake Day Use is a 14-acre lake that has a primitive boat launch and is great for nonmotorized boats.

 Lost Lake (Hood River County)

• Lost Lake Campground and Resort are scheduled to open in May.

 Lost Lake (Linn County)

• Lost Lake campground and boating access are tentatively reopening in May.

 Luckiamute River

• Luckiamute Landing is open year-round. The bridge accessing North Luckiamute State Natural Area (Crocker Road) is closed due to severe structural damage.

 McKay Reservoir

• UPDATE: The reservoir is 91% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation  Both boating access sites are open. Fishing is allowed March 1 through September 30.

 McKenzie River

• UPDATE: Armitage Park is open.
• Hayden Bridge, Bellinger Landing, Hendricks Bridge, Deerhorn Landing, Leaburg Landing, Greenwood Landing, Goodpasture, Helfrich Landing, Forest Glen Landing, and Hamlin are open.
• French Pete is anticipated to open in May.
• Ben and Kay Dorris State Park, Silver Creek Boat Launch, Finn Rock Boat Launch, Bruckart Landing, and McKenzie Bridge, are open year-round, weather permitting.
• Paradise and Frissell are anticipated to reopen in May.

 Mercer Lake

• Mercer Lake Boat Ramp is listed as open. Lane County Parks

 Miller Lake

• Digit Point Campground and boat launch and Gideon Day Use are anticipated to open in June.

 Millicoma River

• Doris Place and Rooke-Higgins ramps are open.

 Minam River

• Minam State Recreation Area boat launch is open. Parking in this area is day use only. Be cautious of ice and snow.

 Morgan Lake

• Morgan Lake Campground is scheduled to reopen April 22^nd.

 Multnomah Channel

• Hadley's Landing mooring dock is available for boaters, however due to needed repairs, there is no access to the shore. State Parks is working with contractors to determine how to repair access.

 Necanicum River

• ADVISORY: There is a boating hazard (log jam) between the Highway 26 bridge and Klootchy Creek County Park which is impassable to drift boats and large rafts. Small watercraft may be able to portage around the obstacle. Boaters should use extreme caution if attempting to navigate this reach.
• Quatat Marine Park and Cartwright Park boating access sites in Seaside are open. The automatic gate at Quatat was vandalized so the mechanism has been removed for repairs. Gates can be opened and closed manually.
• The SEF Johnson Tract boat ramp on Hwy 101 will be closed to vehicle access until the fall fisheries begin in mid-October. Walk-in access is still allowed. The Necanicum is closed to angling April 1^st – May 21^st.

 Nehalem Bay

• UPDATE: Waterfront Park (City of Wheeler) boat launch is not open for the season.
• UPDATE: Nehalem Bay State Park, including the boat ramp, will be closed to install new utilities until July 1, 2025. Nehalem Bay State Park - Oregon State Parks

 Nehalem River

• Nehalem County Ramp, Roy Creek ramp, Nehalem H Street and Tohls Street docks are open.

 Nestucca River

• Drift boat ramps at Borba Road slide, 4^th bridge, 1^st bridge, Farmer Creek, Three Rivers and Cloverdale are all open.
• Pacific City Boat ramp and Fishers Point Boat Launch are open.

 North Fork Reservoir

• North Fork Reservoir Lower Ramp and Promontory Park boat ramps are closed until Memorial Day Weekend.

 North Santiam River

• Jefferson boat ramp is open. The ramp is gated, please contact the City of Jefferson City Hall for access. Contact - The City of Jefferson Oregon Welcomes You
• Greens Bridge access is closed. Anglers who wish to launch or retrieve from this site must apply for a key by calling the local ODFW office at (541) 757-4186 and provide your fishing license number.
• Buell Miller, Stayton Bridge, and Lyons-Mehama boating access are open year-round.
• Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site has limited day use; no camping or dump station is available.

 North Twin Lake

• The Campground and boating access is still listed as closed. Deschutes National Forest - North Twin Lake Campground

 North Umpqua River

• Hestness Landing, Amacher Park, Whistler's Bend, Colliding Rivers, and Umpqua Landing are open.
• Bogus Creek raft launch is closed from the Archie Creek fire. The U.S. Forest Service is working on plans to rebuild the boating access.

 Ochoco Lake

• UPDATE: The reservoir is 92% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
• The boat launch is open.

 Odell Lake

• UPDATE: Sunset Cove Campground and boat launch is listed as closed. Deschutes National Forest - Sunset Cove Campground. The boat ramp is inaccessible.
• Princess Creek Campground and boat launch tentative reopening mid-May.
• Trapper Creek Campground and boat launch tentative reopening June 13^th.

Odessa Creek (off Upper Klamath Lake)

• UPDATE: Odessa Campground is anticipated to open mid-May.

 Olallie Lake

•  Olallie Lake Day Use, Olallie Lake Resort, and Peninsula Campground boating access are tentatively scheduled to open mid-June.

 Oswego Lake

• NEW: Public access to Lake Oswego via Millennium Park Paddle Access. There is a small parking area near the park and no public sanitation is available at the site or on the lake. Plan ahead. The City passed new park rules on April 15. Please review before going paddling on the lake.  Parks Rules | City of Lake Oswego.

 Owyhee River

• UPDATE: Birch Creek Road has been repaired for use. For more information, please contact the Vale District at 541-473-3144.

 Pacific Ocean

• Cape Kiwanda and Sunset Bay State Park campground are open for day use year-round.

Paulina Lake

• Little Crater and Paulina Lake Campgrounds and boat launches tentative reopening mid-June.

Phillips Reservoir

• UPDATE: The reservoir is 63% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
• Mason, Union Creek, and Black Mountain Road boat ramps tentatively reopen in May.

 Pilcher Creek Reservoir

• UPDATE: The County access is open, but the Reservoir is frozen and you are unable to launch your boat at this time.

 Pine Hollow Reservoir

• Both the South and North boat ramps are open.

 Powers Pond

• Powers Park Kayak Launch is open.

Prineville Reservoir

• Central Oregon Bass Club is holding a fishing tournament June 8^th, August 8^th, and September 6^th.
• UPDATE: The reservoir is approximately 99% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
• UPDATE: Powderhouse Cove ramp is open with 24 feet of water over the end of the ramp. Docks were scheduled to be in the water by April 14^th.
• UPDATE: Prineville State Park Day Use is open year-round, and the docks are now installed. There is currently 31 feet of water over the end of the ramp.
• The Roberts Bay boat ramp is open.
• The County Ramp is open.
• Jasper Point boat ramp opens May 1^st.
• Both floating restrooms are not installed.

Rainy Lake

• Rainy Lake Campground is closed through June. Mt. Hood National Forest - Rainy Lake Campground

Rogue River

• Port of Gold Beach boat launch is open. The Port also offers marine fuel and moorage. The Port is working on replacing the electrical system on their Sport Dock when the weather allows.
• Hog Creek, Grave Creek, Argo, Rand, Galice, Ferry Hole, and Griffin Park are open year-round, weather permitting.
• Baker and Riverside Parks in Grants Pass are open.
• Dees Landing (Coyote Evans Wayside) in Rogue River is open.
• Valley of the Rogue State Park is open for day use year-round, weather permitting.
• Gold Hill Sports Park is open.
• TouVelle State Park's boat ramp is open from sunrise to sunset.
• Dodge Bridge, Upper Rogue Regional Park (Shady Cove), Rogue Elk, and Casey State Park are open year-round, weather permitting.

 Sandy River

• ADVISORY: A new rule under OAR 141-088 from the Oregon Department of State Lands permanently restricts the use of vehicles and discharge of firearms from Oregon-owned lands, including islands, in the Sandy River Delta. The use restriction area extends from the mouth of the Sandy River to the I-84 bridge crossing, including the Columbia River side channel. The rule becomes effective on April 1, 2024.
• Oxbow Regional Park is open. It will close in the Fall 2026 for replacement of the water lines and repairs to the roadway.

 Scappoose Bay

• Scappoose Bay Marina and boat ramp are open. The pumpout is winterized and will be open mid-April. There is no fishing or fish cleaning allowed in the Marina. This facility recently completed a project to renovate the upland parking, sidewalks, landscaping, and staging areas.

Scott Lake

• Scott Lake Campground is anticipated to open mid-July.

 Scout Lake

• Scout Lake Campground and Day Use are tentatively scheduled to open in May.

 Siletz River

• Old Mill Park, Hee Hee Illahee, and Moonshine Boat Ramp are open.

 Siltcoos Lake

• Westlake County Park is open.

 Siuslaw River

• Bender Landing, Tiernan, Mapleton, Farnham, Tide County Park, and Linslaw are open.

 Skipanon River

• Warrenton Marina is open.

 Smith Reservoir

• Smith Reservoir area including Lakes End Campground and boat launch will remain closed until 2026 as part of EWEB's work to retrofit, refurbish and upgrade equipment at the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric facility.  Smith River

• Bolon Island, Riverside, Dailey Ranch Slide, and Vincent Creek boat launch are open.

 Snake River

• Dug Bar and Pittsburg Landing Campground are open.
• Nyssa boat ramp and docks are open. There are large voids between the boat ramp concrete planks. Use caution when launching and retrieving.

 South Twin Lake

• UPDATE: South Twin Lake Campground and boat ramp and West South Twin Lake boat ramp are still listed as closed. Deschutes National Forest - South Twin Lake Campground

 South Slough (Coos Bay)

• The Port paddle launch is open.

 South Umpqua River

• NEW: Sid Nichols Park was affected by the recent floods. There is bank erosion and significant sediment on the boat ramp.

 Sparks Lake

 Spring Creek

 Suttle Lake

• Link Creek, South Shore, and Blue Bay Campgrounds, Suttle Lake Day Use tentative reopening in May.

 Tahkenitch Lake

• Tahkenitch Landing Campground and boat ramp are open.

 Tenmile Lake

• Kayak Fishing Northwest bass fishing tournament, April 19^th from 5:40 am to 3:40 pm. KFNW – The Northwest's Kayak Tournament Tour Series
• Tenmile County Ramp is open.

 Thief Valley Reservoir

• The County ramp is open. The reservoir is approximately 100% full and free of ice. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation

 Thompson Reservoir

• Eastbay and Thompson Reservoir Campgrounds are anticipated to open mid-May.

 Tillamook Bay

• All Port of Garibaldi facilities are open.
• The Memaloose boat launch is open.

 Tillamook River

• Burton Boat Launch is open.

 Timothy Lake

• Gone Creek Campground, Hoodview Campground, North Arm, Oak Fork Campground, Stone Creek, and Timothy Lake are closed for the season.
• Pine Point and West Shore Day Use areas are open year-round. Inaccessible by vehicle in winter and early spring due to snow.

 Todd Lake

• Todd Lake Day Use is currently listed as closed. Deschutes National Forest - Todd Lake Day Use Area/Trailhead

 Toketee Lake

• Toketee Campground is open.

 Town Lake (Near Pacific City)

• Town Lake is open.

 Trail Bridge Reservoir

• The campground and launch will remain closed until 2026 as part of EWEB's work to retrofit, refurbish and upgrade equipment at our Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric facility.  Trask River

• UPDATE: The river above Loren's drift launch is getting too low for drift boats to navigate. Single person craft are still able to navigate.
• Steiner boat launch, Loren's drift launch, Cedar Creek boat slide (Nips Landing), Upper and Lower Peninsula, and Stones Road boat slide are all open.
• Carnahan City Park is open.

Triangle Lake

• Triangle Lake Park is open.

 Trojan Pond

• Trojan Park is open year-round for paddling and day use.

 Tualatin River

• The Stark (Rivergrove) boat launch and Cook Family Park are open.
• The Farmington boat launch is open. Construction of the roundabout at the intersection of Farmington and River roads is anticipated to be completed by Fall 2025. During this project, Farmington Paddle Launch will remain open. Be prepared for detours or delays entering and exiting the site.
• Rood Bridge Park is open. However, the kayak launch dock and boarding dock have been removed for the season.

 Turner Lake

• North Turner Lake boat ramp is open every day from dawn to dusk unless the gate is closed.

 Umpqua River

• UPDATE: Scottsburg Park ramp is open. Two of the dock sections are available at high tide. However, there is a significant amount of sediment. The dock extensions are not attached while they are being repaired.
• UPDATE: Salmon Harbor Marina is open. The pumpout and dump station are open. The fuel dock and upland fuel station are closed for tank relining with an anticipated reopening by April 25^th.
• ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority has issued a permanent advisory for cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) for the Umpqua and South Umpqua Rivers. Permanent Umpqua River Sign.jpg (600×774)
• Bumble Bee and Rainbow Plaza boat launches are open. Intermittent debris gathers with the tides and flow of the river, use caution.

 Unity Reservoir

• The State Park Day Use boat ramp is open. Currently there is approximately 25 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.

 Upper Klamath Lake

• Rocky Point Boat Launch and docks are open.
• Wocus Bay ramp is open. When using the site, please be patient because of adjacent ODOT construction on OR140.

 Waldo Lake

• Islet Boat Launch and North Waldo Campground are closed due to the Cedar Creek Fire. Willamette National Forest - Islet Boat Launch & Day Use Area (Waldo Lake)
• Shadow Bay Day Use and boating access are closed until June. Willamette National Forest - Shadow Bay Day Use Area (Waldo Lake)

 Wallowa Lake

• Wallowa County Park is open. Winter weather may affect accessibility. Check local conditions before you go.
• Wallowa Lake State Park boat ramp is open. If you are planning on visiting the park in the spring, please check the weather and come prepared for possible snow and freezing temperatures. Although snow has begun to melt in the park, winter conditions are a common occurrence in spring and the early summer, especially at night.

 Warm Springs Reservoir

• UPDATE: The boat ramp is open, with more than 23 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.

 Westport Slough

• Westport County Park ramp is open.

Wickiup Reservoir

• UPDATE: Gull Point and Reservoir Campground Boating access is closed and the ramp is inaccessible.
• UPDATE: North Wickiup Boating Site is open, depending on the weather. The ramp is currently inaccessible.
• The reservoir is 89% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation
• North Davis Creek Campground is listed as closed due to significant hazard tree mitigation needs. Deschutes National Forest - North Davis Creek Campground

 Willamette River - Coast Fork

• Howard Buford Recreation Area is open year-round from dawn to dusk.

 Lower Willamette River (Confluence with Columbia River to Willamette Falls)

• St. John's Bridge in Cathedral Park continues to be under restoration. The project has been extended due to the need for more extensive concrete repairs. ODOT anticipates completing the work in Cathedral Park by March 2027, and all work completed by June 2025. The boat ramp, docks and parking area are open during construction. • Milwaukie Bay Park is open. The boarding dock sections are anticipated to be installed late May.
• Tryon Cove, Foothills Park, George Rogers Park, and Cedaroak Boat ramp are open.
• Meldrum Bar Park boat ramp is open and the dock is floating. Be cautious of higher-than-normal water levels.
• Jon Storm Park and restrooms are open. The parking lot is currently closed for the I-205 widening project to allow construction access.
• Sportcraft Landing is open. The ODOT bridge contractor is working, so watch for barges and work boats in the area.
• The Oregon Department of State Lands has approved the extension of a five-year closure to overnight camping and campfires at approximately river mile 13.75 near the Ross Island Bridge. The closure will be effective until December 18, 2028. http://www.oregon.gov/dsl/Documents/Zidell_Map.pdf  

 Middle Willamette River (Willamette Falls to Salem)

• NEW: Boones Ferry fuel station is down for repairs. Anticipated reopening before May.
• UPDATE: Hebb Park ramp is open. The docks have been installed for the season.
• Bernert Landing is open.
• Molalla River State Park is open. Access into Molalla River State Park from Eilers Road is prohibited. OPRD is unable to provide legal access from the county road leading into the park. Use the main entrance at River Park Place near the intersection of NE 37th Avenue and N Holly Street in Canby.
• Champoeg State Park is open. Champoeg is one of the nine GO Bond projects  supported through Oregon-issued general obligation bonds approved by the Oregon State Legislature. The project is slated to begin in late 2025 and include adding additional camping sites and a restroom/shower building. B loop might need to close during a portion of the construction.
• Rogers Landing boating access site is open.  Paddlers are encouraged to use the beach area at the end of the access road.  This area is near the single car parking area and restroom.
• Keizer Rapids Park is open.

Upper Willamette River (Salem to Eugene)

• Independence Sports Park and Buena Vista County Park are open.
• Bowman Park, Takena Landing, Hyak Park, North Riverfront Park (Michael's Landing) are open.
• Willamette Park boat ramp is open. The dock is still removed for the season.
• Peoria Park, McCartney Boat Ramp, and Harrisburg are open.
• Whitely Landing and Island Park are open.

 Willamette River – Middle Fork

• Clearwater Park is open.
• Jasper Bridge boating access is closed. There are no plans to reopen the site. Paddlers can carry down at Jasper State Park
• Pengra Access has a single ramp open.
• The Middle Fork boat ramp near the Dexter Dam is closed through the summer of 2026. The exact construction completion date is unknown. The closure is for the Dexter Fish Facility Upgrade.

 Willamette River – North Fork of the Middle Fork

• The Westfir take-out, also known as Turtle Island Park, is open.

Williamson River

• Collier Memorial State Park campground is closed through October 1, 2025. The boat ramp is open. Flows are very high and muddy.

Willow Creek Reservoir

• Willow Creek Campground and ramp are open year-round with reduced services in the off season.

 Willow Lake

• The ramp is open, and the lake is 100% full. Hydromet Pacific Northwest Region | Bureau of Reclamation

 Willow Valley Reservoir

• The reservoir is spilling, making launching challenging at this time.

Wilson River

• UPDATE: The river above Mills Bridge is getting too low for drift boats to navigate. Single person craft are still able to navigate.
• Sollie Smith boat ramp, Mills Bridge, Siskeyville, and Vanderzandan boat access are all open.

 Woahink Lake

• East Woahink Lake boat ramp is open year-round.

 Wolf Creek Reservoir

• UPDATE: The County access is open but the Reservoir is frozen and you are unable to launch your boat at this time.

 
Yaquina Bay

• The Port of Newport boating sites are open. Check with Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay for bar conditions prior to launching. District Thirteen (uscg.mil)
