When boating, please keep a look out for debris and check to see if any of obstructions have been reported.

Acorn Woman Lakes (Jackson County)
- Acorn Woman Lakes Campground is open. This small lake, located approximately 20 minutes from Applegate Reservoir, is a great place for paddlers and is for nonmotorized use only.
Agate Lake (Jackson County)
- Agate Lake Boat Launch is open. The lake is 88% full
Agency Lake (Klamath County)
- Henzel Park and Petric Park boating access sites are open.
Allen Creek Reservoir (Crook County)
- Open May 15 – September 15, this primitive boat ramp is located on the southeast corner of the reservoir. The access road is extremely primitive and rough. Please drive slowly.
Alsea River
- Port of Alsea boat ramp, marina and paddle launch are open.
- Mike Bauer Wayside, Blackberry Campground, Ermie Walters, Missouri Bend pole slide, Salmonberry Park, Campbell Park, and Mill Creek Boat Landing are open.
Ana Reservoir (Lake County)
- The boat ramp is open, and the boarding docks are floating.
Antelope Reservoir (Malheur County)
- Antelope Reservoir campground and boating access are open. Located approximately 15 minutes west of Jordan Valley.
Antelope Flat Reservoir (Crook County)
- The Antelope Flat campground and boating access site are open. U.S. Forest Service requests that you do not park in the boat ramp loop, because it can block others from accessing the water.
Anthony Lakes (Baker County)
- Anthony Lakes Campground and boat launch are anticipated to open in July. The lake is a good location for paddling and small electric motorboats.
Applegate Reservoir (Jackson County)
- The reservoir is currently at 52% water capacity.
- Hart-Tish, French Gulch, and Copper boat ramp are all open. All boat ramps have more than 15 feet of water at the bottom of the boat ramp.
Badger Lake (Hood River County)
Beaver Creek
- Ona Beach State Park boat ramp and paddle launch are open.
Benson Lake
- Benson State Recreation Area is open. This is a great location for paddlers to access alongside the Columbia River. The Lake is stocked with fish from March through October.
Ben Irving Reservoir (Douglas County)
Beulah Reservoir (Malheur County)
- The ramp is open and the water level is approximately 14 feet above the bottom of the boat ramp.
Big Lake (Linn County)
- Big Lake West primitive launch, Big Lake campground and Day Use boat launch are open.
Blair Lake (Lane County)
Blue River Reservoir (Lane County)[JB1]
- Blue River Reservoir is currently listed at 80% water capacity.
- Saddle Dam boat ramp has approximately 37 feet of water above the ramp.
- Lookout Boat Launch is closed.
Bradley Lake
- Bradley Lake Boat Ramp is open year-round. During late summer, the aquatic vegetation growth increases. Please do your part to protect waterways and your recreation by following Clean, Drain, and Dry practices. Remove all vegetation from your boat, trailer, and gear.
Brownlee Reservoir (Baker County)
- The floating restroom has been installed for the season.
- Farewell Bend State Park boating access is open and the docks are floating. There is approximately 40 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
- Hewitt Park ramp is open. There is approximately 28 feet of water over the bottom of the high water ramp. The
- Holcomb Park boat ramp is open. The water is approximately 30 feet above the bottom of the ramp.
- Moonshine Mine boat ramp is open. There is more than 57 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp
- The Spring Recreation Campground and boating access are open. There is approximately 22 feet of water above the boat ramp.
Bull Prairie Lake
- Bull Prairie Lake campground and boat launch are open. The small 28-acre lake is a great location for paddlecraft.
Bully Creek Reservoir (Malheur County)
- ADVISORY: Bully Creek Park is undergoing maintenance and will have limited camping in 2026.
- The park and boat ramp are open. There is approximately 29 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp. The docks are floating.
Campbell Lake (Lake County)
- Campbell Lake Campground is listed as closed, yet lists being open May 15 – October 15. Located a little over an hour from Paisley, this lake is great for paddling or electric motorboats. Visit the website to check the status.
Cape Meares Lake (Tillamook County)
- The Cape Meares Lake boat ramp is open. Use caution when launching, as you may encroach on Bay Ocean Rd. There is very limited parking across the road.
Carter Lake (Douglas County)
- Carter Lake Campground and boat ramp are open. Located approximately 5 minutes south of Siltcoos Lake off Hwy 101. This narrow lake is great for paddlers and small motorized boats.
Cheadle Lake (Linn County)
Chetco River
- The Port of Brookings Harbor boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station is available.
- Alfred A. Loeb State Park access to the gravel bar is open. There is a drop off on the access to the gravel bar.
- Miller Bar, Nook Bar, Redwood Bar, and South Fork Campgrounds and Day Use areas have large drop-offs on the access to the gravel bar.

- ADVISORY: Public Engagement opportunities for Clackamette Park Planning. Clackamette Park is hosting an open house on May 21 at 6 pm at the Robert Libke Public Safety Building. Visit the website to learn more.
- Clackamette Park is open; however, the boat ramp is closed for safety. paddlecraft may launch from shore.
- Carver Park and Barton Parks are open.
- Milo McIver State Park upper and lower boat ramps are open.
- Moore Creek, Carter Bridge, Hole-in-the-Wall, Sandstone, and Carter Bridge Boat Access sites are open.
- The Fish Creek boat slide remains closed due to the 2020 wildfire. Visit the website for updates.

- Clear Lake Campground is closed. Opening day will be May 22.
Cleawox Lake (Lane County)
- Honeyman State Park and the boat ramp are open.
Coffenbury Lake (Clatsop County)
- Fort Stevens State Park boating access is open.
Cold Springs Reservoir (Umatilla County)
- Cold Springs primitive boating access is open. The reservoir is 53% full.
Columbia River
- ADVISORY: The canoe launch and small parking lot will be closed through late fall 2026 for construction on the Kelley Point Park Trail.
- Hammond Marina is open.
- Rainier Marina is open and the pumpout and dump station are operational. See conditions on their new Live feed camera.
- City of St Helens Courthouse docks are open. View Live Stream cameras here.
- The Donaldson Marina is now operated under Sundance. The pumpout is having intermittent issues, but is working.
- M. James Gleason boating access and docks are open.
- Sandy Beach (Schwitter Landing) sustained damage to the dock and wave attenuator. Funding has been secured, and an engineering firm has been selected to survey the dock and wave attenuator to determine the next steps for repair. Access to Government Island from the south finger of the dock is available.
- Chinook Landing ramp, docks, and restrooms are open. The pumpout and dump stations are operational.
- Rooster Rock State Park boating access is open.
- The boat ramp at Dalton Point is temporarily closed due to ramp damage. There is no anticipated opening time.
- The Port of Cascade Locks boat launch is open.
- The Port of Hood River boat launch is open.
- Mayer State Park is open, and improvements were made to the dock and surrounding launch following the Rowena Fire.
- Port of The Dalles boating access and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station are operational. The Yacht Club operates the marine fuel station and offers both diesel and gasoline.
- The Port of Arlington boat launch, marine fuel station, nonmotorized launch and tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station is currently offline for water line repairs.
- Boardman Marina and boat ramp are open.

- Umatilla Marina boat ramp and docks are open.
- Hat Rock State Park is open.
Cooper Creek Reservoir (Douglas County)
- ADVISORY: Invasive carp have been identified in Cooper Creek Reservoir. ODFW is encouraging anglers to capture all fish they can and dispose of them.
- Cooper Creek East and West boating access sites are open and the docks are floating. Paddlers are encouraged to use the area adjacent to the boat ramp when preparing to launch or leave the waterbody.
Coos Bay
- ADVISORY: Repairs to North Jetty. Construction has been extended to December 2026. Visit the website for updates on construction.
- California Street boating access has all docks installed.
- North Spit docks are installed.
- Eastside and Empire Boat Ramps are open, and the docks are installed.
- Charleston Marina and Boat ramp are open, and the pumpout and dump station are open.
Coos River South Fork
- Myrtle Tree boat ramp is open. The upstream docks are currently removed for maintenance. The docks along the boat ramp are usable.
Coquille River
- Bandon Marina and Boat Ramp are open.
- Bullard’s Beach ramp is open, and the docks are installed.
- Riverton boat ramp is open and docks are installed.
- Sturdivant Park boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open.
- The Coquille boat ramp is open for the season. Boarding docks are not installed.
- The Arago boat ramp is open. The boarding docks are not installed.
Cottage Grove Reservoir (Lane County)
- Cottage Grove is currently at 87% water capacity.
- Wilson Creek Ramp is open and there is approximately 7 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp
- Lakeside Boat Ramp is open and there is approximately 41 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp.
Cougar Reservoir (Lane County)
Crane Prairie Reservoir (Deschutes County)
- The Reservoir is at 90% water capacity.
- Rock Creek Day Use and Crane Prairie Day Use are open with docks installed for the season.
- Browns Mountain boating access has a shallow slope. The unimproved location on the reservoir provides for calmer water and is a great place for paddlers to explore.
Crescent Lake (Klamath County)
- The lake is currently 31% full.
- Crecent Lake Day Use is open and the ramp is accessible. The docks are not installed due to the insufficient water level.
- Spring Day Use is closed at this time
Crystal Creek
- Malone Springs boat launch is anticipated to open June 16 as listed on the Fremont-Winema National Forest website. Visit the website to check the opening status.
- The Rocky Point ramp on Recreation Creek is open. It is about a five-mile paddle to Malone Springs or a ten-minute drive south. Trailered and non-trailered boats can use the boat ramp.
Cullaby Lake (Clatsop County)
- Carnahan County Park and Cullaby Lake County Park are open.
Cultus Lake (Deschutes County)
- Cultus Lake Resort is open and the ramp is accessible and the docks are installed. Visit the website to confirm resort hours.
- Cultus Lake Day Use is open
- Cultus Lake Campground, Little Cove Boat-in Campground, and West Cultus Boat-in Campground are closed.
Davis Lake (Deschutes and Klamath Counties)
- East Davis Lake campground and boat launch are open for the season.
Deadhorse Lake (Lake County)
- Deadhorse Lake campground and boating access are listed as closed, anticipated to open May 15. Located about 90 minutes southwest of Paisley. This is a nice place to paddle or use your electric motorboat. Visit the website to view the opening status.
Delintment Lake (Harney County)
- Delintment Lake Campground and boating access are open for the season. The public should be aware that warmer weather can bring blue-green algae blooms to the lake.
Depoe Bay (Lincoln County)
- Depoe Bay boat ramp is open.
Depot Slough (Lincoln County)
- The Port of Toledo short-term tie-up docks, pumpout and dump station are open.
Deschutes River
- ADVISORY: Motorized watercraft are not allowed from Heritage Landing upstream to Macks Canyon on alternate weekends beginning the first Thursday through Sunday on/after June 15 and ending September 30. The motorboat closure calendar can be found here:
- Heritage Landing is open. The scat machine is operational.
- Macks Canyon Campground and Mecca Flat Campground are open. The Mecca Flat Campground entrance road is extremely rough.
- Millers Landin Park accessible paddle launch is open. The Marine Board partially funded this nonmotorized boating access improvement. Bend Park & Recreation District received a Waterway Access Grant.
- Lava Island Falls (Big Eddy), Dillon Falls, Slough Camp, Benham Falls, Harpers Bridge, and Big River are open.
- LaPine State Park boat ramp is severely damaged and only carry-down paddlecraft should use the boat ramp.
- Tetherow, Pringle Falls, Bull Bend, and Tenino are open. \
Detroit Lake (Marion and Linn Counties)
- NEW: Mongold State Park has completed the installation of new aluminum self-adjusting dock systems to replace the existing wooden docks. This project was done in part by funds provided through the Oregon State Marine Board's Boating Facility Grant program.
- The Lake is currently at 92% water capacity.
- Kane’s Marina and Detroit Lake Marina boat access are open for the season.
- State Park G, Cove Creek, Hoover, Mongold high water ramp, and Southshore boating access are open. All ramps have at least 13 feet over the bottom of the ramp.
- State Park D loop is open, but has low water levels over the bottom of the ramp. Launch with caution.
Devils Lake (Deschutes)
- Devils Lake Campground is open.
Devils Lake (Lincoln)
- Remember to always Clean, Drain, and Dry (and pull the plug for motorized) your boat, even inflatables, after every use. Help prevent the spread of aquatic vegetation to other waterbodies.
- The Devils Lake State Recreation Area Day Use boating access site is open.
- Devils Lake State Park Campground and Marina are open
- Regatta Park and Holmes Road Park are open.
Dexter Reservoir (Lane County)
- Lowell and Dexter State Park boat ramps are open, and the docks are floating. Water fluctuates between 8 and 10 feet over the bottom of the boat ramps. Please avoid power loading your boat to and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.

East Lake (Deschutes County)
- East Lake Boating is open, but the docks are not installed due to insufficient water levels.
- Cinder Hill Boating and Hot Springs Boating sites are closed
Eel Lake (Coos County)
- William M. Tugman State Park boat launch and kayak launch are open.
Elk Lake (Deschutes County)
- Elk Lake Resort is closed. Planned opening date is June 4.
- Elk Lake Day Use, Little Fawn Day Use, and Point Campground are closed.
Elk Lake (Marion County)
- Elk Lake Campground and paddling access are closed.
Emigrant Lake (Jackson County)
- The North and West boat ramps are open. New docks have been installed.
- The lake is at 67% water capacity.
Estacada Lake (Clackamas County)
- ADVISORY: There is limited access to this popular lake. ALL waterway users need to be courteous to other users and activities. Do not block the boat ramp or the docks and limit the amount of time in those areas. Use the parking area to stage your gear.
- The Estacada Lake boating access in Milo McIver State Park is open.
- Timber Creek Park’s lower nonmotorized launch is closed until further notice per PGE notice. A day-use parking permit is in effect beginning June 1 through October 15. Visit the website for updates on opening status.
Fall Creek Reservoir (Lane County)
- ADVISORY: Boaters are advised to use caution when navigating due to driftwood and floating debris
- Reservoir levels are currently at 96% water capacity.
- Winberry boat ramps are open, and the courtesy dock and swim dock are floating. All facilities are open 7 am - 9 pm. There is approximately 26 feet of water above the bottom of the ramp.
- The North Shore shallow ramp is open with approximately 100 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp.
- Cascara Campground single boat ramp is open. There is approximately 15 feet of water above the bottom of the ramp.
Fern Ridge Reservoir (Lane County)
- Reservoir levels are at approximately 83% water capacity.
- Richardson Park Marina is open. There is approximately 8 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The pumpout and dump station are offline for the season. Boaters can use the pumpout and dump station at Orchard Point Marina.
- Orchard Point Marina is open. There is approximately 9 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The pumpout and dump station are open.
- Perkins Peninsula Park is open. The water is approximately 5 feet over the bottom of the boat ramp.
- Fern Ridge Shores is open year-round. There is approximately 6 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp
Fish Lake (Baker County)
- Fish Lake Campground is open July through September. Due to its small size, it is recommended for small motorboats and paddlers.
Fish Lake (Harney County)
- Fish Lake Campground is open mid- June through October. This location is stocked with keeper trout by the BLM
Fish Lake (Jackson County)
- Fish Lake Resort is open.
- The Fish Lake Recreation Area boating access is open and the reservoir is approximately 68% full.
Floras Creek (Curry County)
- Boice Cope Campground and boat ramp are open.
Foster Reservoir (Linn County)
Fourmile Lake (Klamath County)
- Fourmile Lake Campground and boating access is closed. The season is July through September.
Galesville Reservoir (Douglas County)
- Chief Miwaleta County Park boat ramp is open. The docks, however, are not currently in the water due to low water levels.
Garrison Lake (Port Orford)
- The 12th Street boat ramp and Pinehurst gravel ramp are open. Pinehurst is a great access site for paddlecraft to explore the lake.
Gerber Reservoir (Klamath County)
- The Reservoir is currently 63% full.
- The North and South boating access sites are open.
Gold Lake (Lane County)
- Gold Lake Day Use and Campground boating access is closed. Season of use is June-October.
Grande Ronde Lake (Union County)
- Grande Ronde Lake Campgrounds season of use is July - September. This is a great place to explore, especially when Anthony Lakes is busy.
Green Peter Reservoir (Linn County)
- The Reservoir is currently at 57% water capacity. Water levels are dropping approximately 1-2 feet daily.
- Thistle Creek is open. There is approximately 57 feet of water above the bottom of the lower ramp. The docks are out of the water.
- Whitcomb Creek boating access is open. There is approximately 6 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp
Haystack Reservoir (Jefferson County)
- ADVISORY: Haystack reservoir is a recirculating system, and the water elevation goes up and down during the irrigation season. When reservoir storage is at approximately 64%. The West boat ramp will be closed. When it is above that level, it is normally open.
- The reservoir is 65% full
- Haystack South is open for day use and camping.
- Haystack East Campground and boat ramp are open.
- Haystack West Shore boat ramp is open.
Heart Lake (Lake County)
- Heart Lake boating access site is listed as closed, but anticipated to open on May 15. The boat ramp and dock are in disrepair. Use caution when launching trailered boats or carrying down paddle craft on the boat ramp. Visit the website for updates on opening status.
Hells Canyon Reservoir (Wallowa County)
- Hells Canyon Creek boat ramp and Visitors Center are open.
Hemlock Lake (Douglas County)
- Hemlock Lake campground and boating access are open. Located approximately 90 minutes from Roseburg, this 28-acre lake is a great place for paddlers and electric motorboats.
Henry Hagg Lake (Washington County)
- ADVISORY: Remember to check boat operation waterway rules on the Boat Oregon Map. There is a 200 ft. slow -no wake zone around the entire perimeter of the lake. Boats operating east of the buoy line must move in a counter-clockwise direction and not exceed 35 mph. Protect your boating activities and follow the rules!
- Eagle Landing Boating Access (A Ramp) and C Ramp boating access have approximately 60 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramps.
Hills Creek Reservoir (Lane County)
- Packard Creek Boat Ramp is open with approximately 40 Feet of water above the bottom of the ramp.
- CT Beach boating access is open. The water level is below the ramp and not suitable for launching
- The Bingham boat launch is open. The water level is below the ramp and not suitable for launching
- The water level is at 32% capacity. Check Reservoir levels on the Willamette Basin diagram provided by USACE
Hosmer Lake (Deschutes County)
- Hosmer Lake Boating Site is open.
Howard Prairie Reservoir (Jackson County)
- The reservoir is 74% full.
- Howard Prairie Resort boat ramp, marina, and gas pumps are open.
- Willow Point Campground's boating access facilities are open
- Klum Landing Park boat ramp is open.
- Grizzly Park day use is open. The campground will open on May 22.
Hoquarton Slough (Tillamook County)
- Sue H Elmore Park is open and available for launch.
Hyatt Lake (Jackson County)
- Cascade, Wildcat, and Mountain View campgrounds are closed until May 23, 2026.
- The reservoir is 51% full.
John Day River
Jubilee Lake (Union County)
- Jubilee Lake Campground and boating access are open. This beautiful lake is a nice place for paddlers to explore.
Juniper Lake (Harney County)
- This is a 170-acre lake east of Steens Mountain. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water when the lake is full.
Kilchis River
- Parks Landing, Mapes Creek and Kilchis County Park boat launches are open for use. Mapes Creek boat ramp has a significant drop-off at the bottom of the ramp due to low flows. It should be fixed before the fall fisheries begin, but until then, boaters should use extreme caution and launch at their own risk.
Kinglsey Reservoir (Hood River County)
Klamath River
- ADVISORY: The Oregon section from Keno Dam to Spring Island Ramp is technical water, with river classification from Class III to IV+. Only very experienced whitewater boaters with advanced skillsets and the ability to self-rescue should recreate in this stretch. Inexperienced boaters are encouraged to go with a Marine Board-registered outfitter guide to experience this evolving river. In Oregon, all boaters are required to wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket for any rivers with a Class III or higher whitewater rating. The Marine Board also encourages wearing a helmet while whitewater boating.
- The Miller Island Ramp is open; one dock is sitting very low in the water. If more than one person is on the dock, it will submerge.
- Pioneer Park West, Moonshine Falls, and Spring Island Ramps are open.
Krumbo Reservoir (Harney County)
- Krumbo boating access, located in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and is a good place to paddle or operate small boats with electric motors.
Lake Billy Chinook (Jefferson County)
- Perry South Ramp is open for day use May 16-21. The campground will open on May 22.
- Lake levels are at typical summer levels
- Cove Palisades Resort and Marina are open. Contact the Cove Palisades resort and marina - Boat Rental, Boating, Houseboats for the most current information.
- Cove Palisades State Park is open year-round. Crooked River Day Use ramp is open.
Lake Creek
- Konnie Memorial, Schindler Landing, and Deadwood Landing are open.
Lake Ewauna
- Veterans Memorial Park boating access is open.
Lake Harriet (Clackamas County)
- Lake Harriet boat ramp is open year-round, weather permitting. The campground will open on May 22.
Lake Lytle (Tillamook County)
• ADVISORY: Lake Lytle is very weedy due to an infestation of Eurasian Watermilfoil. Please thoroughly clean boats after use at this location to reduce the spread of this invasive aquatic plant.
Lake of the Woods (Klamath County)
Lake Owyhee Reservoir (Malheur County)
- ADVISORY: The waterline for McCormack campground will be under construction in Spring 2026. Visit the website for updates.
- Lake Owyhee levels are at 59%.
- The Gordon Gulch boat ramp is open. There is more than 30 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The docks are installed.
- Indian Creek boat ramp is open. There is more than 45 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The docks have been installed.
- The Leslie Gulch boat ramp is open and the water level is at the bottom of the boat ramp.
- McCormack Campground Boat Ramp is open. There is no dock available at this location.
- Lake Owyhee State Park is open year-round.

- Kinnikinnick Campground and Day Use boating access is open. The road is very rough at Elliot Creek and is prone to washouts.
Lava Lake (Deschutes County)
• Lava Lake campground, boating access is open and the docks are installed for the year.
Lemolo Lake (Douglas County)
- Poole Creek Boat Ramp and East Lemolo Campground boating accesses are anticipated to open on May 22.
Little Cultus Lake (Deschutes County)
- Little Cultus Campground and boating access are closed. Tenative opening of May 22.
Little Lava Lake (Deschutes County)
- Little Lava Lake Campground and boat launch are tentatively opening May 22.
Lofton Reservoir (Lake County)
- Lofton Reservoir Campground and boating access site are open.
Lookout Point Reservoir (Lane County)
- The Lookout Point reservoir water level is at 69%.
- The Signal Point boat ramp is open. There is approximately 90 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
- Black Canyon Campground is open; the water level is at the bottom of the boat ramp. Trailered boat launch is not recommended. Water levels are dropping approximately half a foot a day.
- Hampton Landing is open, the water levels are below the ramp and trailered launching is not recommended. Hand launch is available
- Meridian Park Boat Ramp is closed.
Loon Lake (Douglas County)
- Loon Lake Recreation Site, The East Shore Day Use Area and Campground will open on Memorial Day
Lost Creek Reservoir (Jackson County)
- Lost Creek Reservoir water levels are at 80%.
- Joseph Stewart Resort and Marina are open, and the water is more than 35 feet of water over the end of the ramp.

- Luckiamute Landing is open year-round. The bridge accessing North Luckiamute State Natural Area (Crocker Road) is closed due to severe structural damage.
Magone Lake (Grant County)
- Magone Lake Campground and boating access are open. This is a great lake for small boats and paddlecraft.
McKay Reservoir (Umatilla County)
- The reservoir is 75% full.
- The North and South boating access sites are open. Fishing is allowed March 1 through September 30.
McKenzie River
- Armitage Park, Hayden Bridge, Bellinger Landing, Hendricks Bridge, Deerhorn Landing, Leaburg Landing, Greenwood Landing, Goodpasture, Helfrich Landing, Ben and Kay Dorris State Park, Forest Glen Landing, Hamlin Park, Ben and Kay Dorris State Park, Silver Creek Boat Launch, Finn Rock Landing, Bruckart Landing, McKenzie Bridge, and Paradise Campground are open.
Mercer Lake (Lane County)
- The Mercer Lake Boat Ramp is listed as open.
Miller Lake (Klamath County)
- The road to Miller Lake is rough. Slow down to avoid your boat bouncing off its trailer and inadvertently having items tossed out.
- Digit Point Campground and Day Use boat launch are open.
- Gideon Day Use is open.
Millicoma River
- Doris Place and Rooke-Higgins ramps are open.
Minam River
- Minam State Recreation Area boat launch is open. Parking in this area is day use only.
Morgan Lake (Union County)
- Morgan Lake Campground and boating area are open. The lake has been freshly stocked.
Multnomah Channel
- Hadley’s Landing is replacing the short-term tie-up docks. The project is in partnership with the Oregon State Marine Board and should be completed before September 2026.
- Suavie Island Boat Ramp is open
Munsel Lake (Lane County)
- Munsel Lake Landing boat launch is open.
Necanicum River
- The SEF Johnson Tract boat ramp on Hwy 101 will be closed for the summer. A combination lock will be placed back on the gate during the fall salmon and winter steelhead seasons. Walk-in access is still allowed.
- Quatat Marine Park and Cartwright Park boating access sites in Seaside are open. Gates can be opened and closed manually.
Nehalem Bay (Tillamook County)
- Nehalem Bay State Park boating access is open. The boarding docks have been deployed for the summer.
- Wheeler Waterfront Park boat launch and dock are open.
Nehalem River
- Tillamook County Parks has placed rock at the bottom of the Nehalem County Park boat ramp to fill the large drop-off at the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat to and from your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.
- Nehalem H Street, Tohls Street, and Roy Creek Ramp are open. Roy Creek Ramp has mud and silt blocking the ramp
- Alverdale Boat Launch is open to the North Fork Access. The site is an unimproved launch
Nestucca River
- Pacific City Boat Ramp has a drop-off at the end of the boat ramp. Use caution when launching and retrieving. There is a large sandbar partially blocking the ramp. Especially at low tide
- Drift boat ramps at Fishers Point, Cloverdale, Three Rivers, Farmer Creek, First Bridge, Fourth Bridge, Bixby, and Borba Road are open.
Netarts Bay
- Netarts Landing is open. The improved launch and dock are open. The dock slants towards the water at low tide and can be hard to navigate for the elderly or those with mobility issues.
North Fork Reservoir (Clackamas County)
- North Fork Lower Ramp opens May 22.
- The Promontory Boat Ramp and campground will open May 22. Call the Marina for current ramp and store hours: 503-630-5152.
North Santiam River
- The Jefferson boat ramp is open. The ramp is gated; please contact the City of Jefferson City Hall for access.
- Greens Bridge access is closed. Anglers who wish to launch or retrieve from this site must apply for a key by calling the local ODFW office at (541) 757-4186 and provide your fishing license number.
- Buell Miller, Stayton Bridge, and Lyons-Mehama boating access are open year-round.
- Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site has limited day use; no camping or dump station is available.
North Twin Lake (Deschutes County)
- The Campground and boating access are open for the season.
North Umpqua River
- Hestness Landing, Amacher Park, Whistlers Bend, Colliding Rivers, Lone Rock, Susan Creek boat launch and take out, and Bogus Creek are open.
- The Bogus Creek raft launch is closed due to the Archie Creek wildfire. The U.S. Forest Service is working on plans to rebuild the boating access.
Ochoco Reservoir (Crook County)
- The reservoir is 54% full and the boat launch at the county park is open.
Odell Lake (Klamath County)
- Sunset Cove Day Use and Princess Creek Day Use are open and their docks are installed.
- Sunset Cove Campground and Princess Creek Campground will open May 29.
- Trapper Creek Campground is closed. The docks are installed at Trapper Creek Day Use, but the gate remains closed currently. The campground will open on June 12.
Ollala Reservoir (Lincoln County)
- ADVISORY: June 6th at the Olalla Lake Access, there is an event being hosted by Georgia Pacific, including a fishing tutorial from 10 am - 2 pm
- Olalla Lake access is open. This is a great access location, north of Toledo, for paddlers.
Odessa Creek (off Upper Klamath Lake)
- Odessa campground and boat ramp are open. This is a steep boat ramp for small boats to access Klamath Lake through a water channel.
Olive Lake (Grant County)
- Olive Lake Campground and boat ramp are open.
Olallie Lake (Jefferson County)
- ADVISORY: Work will begin May 4 to reinstall three culverts on SE Skyline Road/Forest Road 4220 that were damaged during the December 2025 storms. The road may be intermittently closed during daytime hours.
- Peninsula Campground boating access is closed. Anticipated to open June 19.
- Olallie Lake Resort is closed anticipated to open on June 18. Visit the website for information.
Oswego Lake (Clackamas County)
Oxbow Reservoir (Baker County)
- ADVISORY: Boaters and other users of Oxbow Reservoir should be aware that the reservoir level will be lower than normal for 2026 during a construction project to repair portions of the Oxbow Dam spillway. This change will not impact flows below Hells Canyon Dam.
- Oxbow Boat Launch is a day-use gravel boat ramp and dock. Located approximately ten miles downstream of Brownlee Dam and two miles upstream from Copperfield Park on Oregon Highway 71. The Day use is open as of May 15. Call ahead to confirm with the Visitor's Center
Pacific Ocean
- Cape Kiwanda, Sunset Bay State Park and Tolovana Launch are open.
Paulina Lake (Deschutes County)
- Little Crater and Paulina Lake boating sites are open and their docks have been installed.
Penland Lake (Morrow County)
- Penland Lake Campground is open year-round, and the site is currently accessible. This lake provides great access for electric engine boats and paddlers.
Phillips Reservoir (Baker County)
- The reservoir is 41% full.
- Mason Dam boat launch, Union Creek Campground and boat ramp are open.
Pilcher Creek Reservoir (Union County)
- Pilcher Creek Reservoir and boating access are open.
Pine Hollow Reservoir (Wasco County)
- ADVISORY: Kids Fishing Derby is taking place June 6th and 7th
- South and North boat ramps are open
Plat I Reservoir
- ADVISORY: On June 6-7th there is a Jet Ski racing tournament taking place on the reservoir. The 10mph speed limit will be suspended for this event. The event hosts state that there will not be any restrictions on boat launching, it will be very busy, and boats will not be allowed around the race track of the event

Powers Pond (Coos County)
- Powers Park Kayak Launch is open.
Prineville Reservoir (Crook County)
- The Prineville Reservoir water level is at 63%. Water levels are decreasing. View the water level in relation to ramps at the Bureau of Reclamation's website.
- Prineville State Park Day Use is open year-round, and the docks are installed. There is approximately 22 feet of water above the end of the ramp.
- Jasper Point boat ramp is open. The water level is approximately 10 feet above the end of the ramp.
- Powderhouse Cove boating access is open; the water level is approximately 3 feet above the end of the boat ramp.
- The Roberts Bay primitive boat ramp is open.
Rainy Lake (Hood River County)
- Rainy Lake Campground is open
Recreation Creek (Klamath County)
- The Rocky Point Boat ramp, located at the mouth of Recreation Creek, is open. It is about a five-mile paddle to Malone Springs.
Rock Creek Reservoir (Wasco County)
- Rock Creek Reservoir Campground and Day Use are open. Be aware that part of the parking lot closes in the spring if there are eagles nesting.
Rogue River
- ADVISORY: From Baker Park to Robertson’s Bridge will be closed Monday, May 25, for the Boatnik Festival Jet Boat Racing. For more information, visit the website.
- The Port of Gold Beach boat launch is open, and there is fuel available at this location.
- Quosatana boat ramp is open.
- Foster Bar Boat ramp is open, the access point to the Rogue River National Recreation Trail; however, the access point is closed.
- Grave Creek, Argo, Almeda Boat Ramp, Rand, Galice, Indian Boat Ramp, Hog Creek, Ferry Hole, and Lathrop Landing are open.
- Baker Park and Riverside Park in Grants Pass are open.
- Chinook Park is open. Please note there is a gap in the transition between the fishing platform and the bank.
- Valley of the Rogue, Gold Hill Sports Park, Tovelle, Dodge Bridge, Upper Rogue Regional Park, Rogue Elk, and Casey State Park are open.
Sandy River
- ADVISORY: Erosion occurred at the Oxbow Regional Park, where two of the accessible parking spaces were washed away. METRO is working to adapt to this most recent erosion event. The launch itself has been changed to a steep drop-off, making launching challenging. Visit the Website for the news article information.
- Oxbow Regional Park is open. It will close in the Fall 2026 for the replacement of the water lines and repairs to the roadway. See website for additional information.
Scappoose Bay (Columbia County)
- Scappoose Bay Marina and boat ramp are open. The pumpout and dump station are operational. There is no fishing or fish cleaning allowed in the Marina.
Scout Lake (Deschutes County)
- Scout Lake Campground and Day Use is open. Located approximately 5 minutes from Suttle Lake, this location is a fantastic location for paddlers to explore, especially when Suttle Lake is busy. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed at the Scout Lake Day Use Area.
Siletz River
- Alder Island Paddler Access, Ichwhit Park, Strome Park, Jack Morgan Park, Ojalla Bridge Slide, Old Mill Park, Hee Hee Illahee, Twin Bridges, and Moonshine Boat Ramp are open.
Siltcoos Lake (Lane and Douglas Counties)
- Westlake County Park is open.
Siltcoos River (Lane County)
- The Tyee campground and boat ramp are open.
Siuslaw River
- Austa Boat Ramp, Bender Landing, Tiernan, Mapleton, Farnham, Tide County Park, and Linslaw are open.
Skipanon River
- Warrenton Marina and boat launch are open.
Smith Reservoir (Linn County)
- Smith Reservoir Day Use boat ramp is open, and Lakes End boat-in only campground is open. This lake is stocked annually with trout, making it a great fishing spot. Please be aware that there is a 10 mph speed limit for boats.
Smith River
- Bolon Island, Noel Ranch Boat Launch, Riverside Wayside, Dailey Slide Takeout, and Vincent Creek boating access are open.
Snake River
- Copperfield Boat Launch is open
- The Dug Bar boat ramp is open.
- The Nyssa boat ramp and docks are open. There are large voids between the boat ramp concrete planks. Use caution when launching and retrieving.
South Twin Lake (Deschutes County)

- The Port paddle launch is open.
South Umpqua River
- PERMANENT ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority has issued a permanent advisory for cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) for the Umpqua and South Umpqua Rivers.
- Sid Nichols Park, Happy Valley, Pickett County Park, Charles V Stanton Park, and Three C Rock Campground are open.
Sparks Lake (Deschutes County)
- Sparks Lake Day Use Area and Boating Site are open. Please keep in mind that there is a 10 mph speed limit on this lake.
Spring Creek
- ADVISORY: All waterway users are asked to be respectful of this special place. Practice Leave No Trace when in the area, pack out all trash, including orange and banana peels, plan ahead and use designated restrooms, enter and exit the river at approved access points only and remember to wear your life jacket.
Summit Lake (Clackamas County)
- Summit Lake Campground and nonmotorized boating access are closed with an anticipated opening date of May 22.
Suttle Lake (Jefferson County)
- Link Creek, Suttle Lake Day Use, and South shore launch ramps are accessible and the docks are in the water.
- South Shore Campground and Blue Bay Boating site are open.

- ADVISORY: Tahkenitch Lake Boat Ramp is closed for repairs. For access to the lake, please use the boat ramp at Tahkenitch Campground and Day Use Area, where several campsites have been converted to parking to allow increased visitation.

Taylor Lake (Wasco County)
- The primitive paddle launch is open. The northwest side of the lake burned in the Rowena fire. The bank area around the parking area is accessible and not impacted by the fire. It is recommended to only access through 4X4 high clearance vehicles.
Tenmile Lake (Coos County)
- The Tenmile County Ramp is open. The center boat ramp lanes have a large hole at the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading damages the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.
Thief Valley Reservoir (Union County)
- The reservoir is 88% full.
- The boat ramp is open. The location is known for fishing and windsurfing activities.
Three Creek Lake (Deschutes County)
- The Three Creek Lake has a primitive boat ramp on the east shore to allow paddlers access to the lake.
Tillamook Bay (Tillamook County)
- The Memaloose boat launch is open. There are several large potholes in the parking lot. Parks maintenance staff will be addressing the potholes at the earliest opportunity.
- All Port of Garibaldi facilities are open. The floating restrooms have been installed for the season.
Tillamook River
- Burton Boat Launch is open. The ramp is not usable by large boats at low tide.
Timothy Lake (Clackamas County)
- Pine Point boat ramp and West Shore day use nonmotorized carry down boat access are open year-round, weather permitting.
- Hoodview Campground, Oak Fork Campground, Gone Creek Campground and Stone Creek Campground are closed anticipated to open May 22.
Todd Lake (Deschutes County)
- Todd Lake Day Use is listed as open. This lake is a great location for paddlers.
Toketee Lake (Douglas County)
• Toketee Campground and boat ramp are open.
Town Lake (Tillamook County)
• Town Lake is open.
Trail Bridge Reservoir (Linn County)
- Trail Bridge Campground is listed as open. There is primitive boating access at this location.
- The facilities at Carmen-Smith Campgrounds have recently opened their renovated facilities as of May 1, offering campers, hikers, and day visitors access to new opportunities.
Trask River
- Carnahan City Park is open. Trailered boats can launch at this time.
- Steiner boat launch, Loren’s drift launch, Cedar Creek boat slide (Nips Landing), Upper and Lower Peninsula, and Stones Road boat slide are all open
Triangle Lake (Lane County)
- Triangle Lake boating access is open.
Trillium Lake (Clackamas County)
- Trillium Lake Campground and Day Use boating access sites are open.
Trojan Pond (Columbia County)
- Trojan Pond paddle access is open year-round. The picnic areas and flush restrooms are closed until May 22.
Tualatin River
- ADVISORY: Cook Family Park boat launch parking lot will be closed beginning July 6th through mid-November due to construction. The boat ramp and dock will remain open/accessible during construction, but are limited to foot/bike traffic.
- The Stark Community Boat Ramp (Rivergrove) boat launch is open. Ramp operating hours are Summer: May 1 – October 31, 8 AM to 9 PM
- Rood Bridge boat ramp is open and the docks are installed.
- The Farmington Paddle Launch is open.

Upper Klamath Lake (Klamath County)
- Odessa campground and boat ramp are open. There is access to Klamath Lake through a channel from this location.
- Moore Park Marina I and II are open.
- Wocus Bay ramp is open year-round for day use.
Vee Lake
- Vee Lake Campground and primitive boating access are listed as closed.
Waldo Lake (Lane County)
- Shadow Bay Day Use and boating access are closed. Anticipated to open in June.
- Islet Boat Launch and North Waldo Campground are closed due to the Cedar Creek Fire. There is no anticipated opening date at this time, per the U.S. Forest Service.
Wallowa Lake (Wallowa County)

- Walton Lake Campground and boating access is located approximately 40 minutes east of Prineville. This small lake is great for paddlers and small boats with electric motors.
Warm Springs Reservoir (Harney and Malheur Counties)
- The boat ramp is open, and the water is approximately 8 feet above the bottom of the boat ramp. The reservoir is 61% full.
Westport Slough (Clatsop County)
- Westport County Park boat ramp, short-term tie-up dock and paddle launch are open.
Wickiup Reservoir (Deschutes County)
Wiley Creek
- Wiley Park Boat Ramp is Open for hand launching
Willamette River - Coast Fork
- Howard Buford Recreation Area's primitive paddle access is open.
Lower Willamette River (Confluence with Columbia River to Willamette Falls)
- ADVISORY: `St. John’s Bridge in Cathedral Park continues to be under restoration. The project has been extended due to the need for more extensive concrete repairs. ODOT anticipates completing the work in Cathedral Park by March 2027, and all work will be completed by June 2027. The boat ramp, docks, and parking area are open during construction
- Tryon Cove, Foothills Park, and George Rogers Park are open.
- Cedaroak Boat Ramp, Meldrum Park, Jon Storm Park, and Sportscraft Landing are open.
Middle Willamette River (Willamette Falls to Salem)
- Bernert Landing and Willamette Paddling access are open.
- Hebb Park Boat Ramp is open.
- Molalla River State Park is open. As of March 30, 2026, there is a $10 in state and $12 out of state parking fee. Access into Molalla River State Park from Eilers Road is prohibited. Use the main entrance at River Park Place near the intersection of NE 37th Avenue and N Holly Street in Canby. Use caution when launching, as the boat ramp has large potholes and is very short. Be sure your trailer doesn't fall off the end of the ramp.
- Boones Ferry Boat Ramp is open; however, the gas shack is closed until May 23. View the live camera on their website.
- Rodgers Landing Boat Launch and Dock are open.
- Rogers Landing boating access site is open. Paddlers are encouraged to use the beach area at the end of the access road. This area is near the single-car parking area and the restroom.

Willamette River – Middle Fork
- Clearwater Park is open.
- Pengra Access has a single ramp open.
- The Middle Fork Boat Ramp near Dexter Dam is closed through the summer of 2026 for the Dexter Fish Facility Upgrade. The exact construction completion date is unknown.

- Dayton Landing Boat Ramp is open and cleaned of debris. It is recommended not to launch a trailered boat here as the ramp is in poor condition below the water level.
