Agate Lake (Jackson County)

• UPDATE: Agate Lake Boat Launch is open. The lake is 14% full.

Agency Lake (Klamath County)

• Henzel Park and Petric Park boating access sites are open.

Allen Creek Reservoir (Crook County)

• Motor vehicle access to Allen Creek Reservoir is closed. The reservoir can still be accessed by foot or non-motorized vehicles.

Alsea River

• River Edge Boat Ramp and campground are closed. 
• Port of Alsea boat ramp, marina, and paddle launch are open.
• Mike Bauer Wayside, Blackberry Campground, Ermie Walters, Missouri Bend pole slide, Salmonberry Park, Campbell Park, and Mill Creek Boat Landing are open.

Ana Reservoir (Lake County)

• The boat ramp is open, and the boarding docks are floating.

Antelope Reservoir (Malheur County)

• Antelope Reservoir is located approximately 15 minutes west of Jordan Valley. The primitive campground is open year-round. 

Antelope Flat Reservoir (Crook County)

• UPDATE: The Antelope Flat campground and boating access site are open. U.S. Forest Service requests that you do not park in the boat ramp loop, because it can block others from accessing the water. The campground will close October 31
  

Anthony Lakes (Baker County)

• ALERT: Anthony Lakes Boat Launch and campgrounds are closed due to the Anthony Fire.

Applegate Reservoir (Jackson County)

• UPDATE: The reservoir is currently at 12% water capacity.
• UPDATE: French Gulch boat ramp is open with 26 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp. 
• Copper boat ramp is open; the water is at the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down. 
• Hart-Tish Campground and Day use are closed. 

Badger Lake (Hood River County)

• ALERT: Badger Lake Campground and primitive paddle access are closed due to the grasshopper fire.

Beaver Creek

• Ona Beach State Park boat ramp and paddle launch are open.

Benson Lake (Multnomah County)

• Benson State Recreation Area is open. This is a great location for paddlers to access alongside the Columbia River. The Lake is stocked with fish from March through October.

Ben Irving Reservoir (Douglas County)

• The boat ramp is open.
  

Beulah Reservoir (Malheur County)

• The ramp is open, but the water level is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water.  

Big Lake (Linn County)

• UPDATE: Big Lake West primitive launch, Big Lake campground, and Day Use boat launch are open. The campground will close October 31
  

Blair Lake (Lane County)

• Blair Lake Campground is closed due to the Cedar Creek Fire. The U.S. Forest Service does not have an estimated reopening date. Visit the website to check for updates.

Blue River Reservoir (Lane County)

• UPDATE: Blue River Reservoir is at 13% water capacity. 
• Saddle Dam Boat Launch is closed.
• Lookout Boat Launch is closed.

Bolan Lake

• Bolan Lake Campground is open with repairs in progress throughout the campground. Due to a fabrication delay, there are a limited number of picnic tables and no fire rings.

Bradley Lake

• Bradley Lake Boat Ramp is open year-round. During late summer, the aquatic vegetation growth increases. Please do your part to protect waterways and your recreation by following Clean, Drain, and Dry practices. Remove all vegetation from your boat, trailer, and gear.

Brownlee Reservoir (Baker County)

• ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority released a recreational advisory on July 20. 
• ADVISORY: Campgrounds at Hewitt and Holcomb will have electricity and water turned off on October 31. Boaters and campers can still use the parks however only vault toilets will be available. 
• UPDATE: Fishing is reported to be great on the reservoir with nearing record size fish. As a reminder, only keep the number of fish you are willing to clean. Oregon State Police have been notified of whole fish being left at cleaning stations. Offenders will be cited and trespassed from the parks. 
• UPDATE Moonshine Mine boating access is open. There are 37 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp.
• UPDATE: Farewell Bend State Park is open. The water is 20 feet over the bottom of the ramp.
• UPDATE: Hewitt Park ramp is open. There is approximately 19 feet of water over the bottom of the low water ramp.
• UPDATE: Holcomb Park boat ramp is open. The water is approximately 10 feet over the bottom of the ramp.
• UPDATE: Spring Recreation Site Campground is closed to the public. The boat ramp is open with 2 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp.

Bull Prairie Lake (Grant)

• Bull Prairie Lake Campground is open. 

Bully Creek Reservoir (Malheur County)

• The park and boat ramp are open. There is approximately 1 foot of water over the bottom of the ramp. 

Campbell Lake (Lake County)

• UPDATE: Campbell Lake Campground closes October 15. Located a little over an hour from Paisley, this lake is great for paddling or electric motorboats. 

Cape Meares Lake (Tillamook County)

• The Cape Meares Lake boat ramp is open. Use caution when launching, as you may encroach on Bay Ocean Rd. There is very limited parking across the road.

Carter Lake (Douglas County) 

• Carter Lake Boat Ramp is open.
• Carter Lake Campground is closed.  

Cheadle Lake (Linn County)

• ADVISORY: Cheadle Lake Regional Park is closed for improvements. It will remain closed through November 2026. Visit the website to get information on park improvements.

Chetco River

• The Port of Brookings Harbor boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station is available.
• Alfred A. Loeb State Park access to the gravel bar is open. There is a drop-off on the access to the gravel bar.
• Miller Bar, Nook Bar, Redwood Bar, and South Fork Campgrounds and Day Use areas have large drop-offs on the access to the gravel bar.

Chickahominy Reservoir (Harney County)

• The boat ramp is open.

Clackamas Lake

• Clackamas Lake Campground is closed. 
  

Clackamas River

• Clackamette Park is open; however, the boat ramp is closed for safety. Paddlecraft may launch from shore. The city has set up a project page for Clackamette Park Redevelopment. The website includes a survey. To stay informed, email parksinfo@orcity.org to join the project mailing list.
• Carter Bridge Day Use is closed. 
• Hole-in-the-Wall, Sandstone, Carver, and Barton Parks are open.
• Milo McIver State Park upper and lower boat ramps are open.
• Moore Creek is open. 
• The Fish Creek boat slide remains closed due to the 2020 wildfire. Visit the website for updates.

Clear Lake (Linn County)

• UPDATE: Cold Water Cove is closed. 
  
• Clear Lake Resort, Marina, and boat ramp are open. View resort live cameras here.
  

Clear Lake (Wasco County)

• Clear Lake campground and day use area are closed. 
  

Cleawox Lake (Lane County)

• Honeyman State Park and boat ramp are open.
• UPDATE: There are seasonal campground closures at Honeyman State Park.

Coffenbury Lake (Clatsop County)

• Fort Stevens State Park's boating access is open.

Cold Springs Reservoir (Umatilla County) 

• UPDATE: Boating is closed to boating from October 1 through February 28 to protect wintering waterfowl. 
• Cold Springs primitive boating access is closed. The reservoir is at 8% capacity.

Columbia River 

• ADVISORY: The boat house located at Chinook Landing for Multnomah County Sheriffs Office will be being replaced and relocated. Contractor work will begin October 21 anticipated to end November 13. There will be intermittent closures with ramp lanes and dock use being impacted October 23-27. 
• ADVISORY: The fish cleaning station at Boardman Marina and RV Park is closed until further notice. 
• Hammond Marina is open.
• Rainier Marina is open, and the pumpout and dump station are operational. See conditions on their new live-feed camera.
• City of St. Helens Courthouse docks are open. View the live-stream cameras.
• The Donaldson Marina is now operated under Sundance. The pumpout is having intermittent issues, but is working.
• M. James Gleason boating access and docks are open. 
  
• Sandy Beach (Schwitter Landing) sustained damage to the dock and wave attenuator. Funding has been secured, and an engineering firm has been selected to survey the dock and wave attenuator to determine the next steps for repair. Access to Government Island from the south finger of the dock is available.
• Government Island Floating Restroom is open. 
• Chinook Landing ramp, docks, and restrooms are open. The pumpout and dump stations are operational.
• Rooster Rock State Park boating access is open. Water levels are low; please use caution when launching. 
• The boat ramp at Dalton Point is closed due to ramp damage. There is no anticipated opening time.
• UPDATE: The Marine Park Boat launch and marina at Port of Cascade Locks are experiencing low water levels and a large amount of milfoil. Both remain open, but boaters should be aware of entanglement issues around props.
• The Port of Cascade Locks boat launch is open. Please remember that boaters are required to use designated trailer parking spots only. Overflow parking is available on WaNaPa Street. Unauthorized parking may be cited and towed at the owner's expense. 
• The Port of Hood River boat launch and fuel dock are open. 
• Mayer State Park is open, and improvements were made to the dock and surrounding launch following the Rowena Fire.
• Port of The Dalles boating access and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station are operational. The Yacht Club operates the marine fuel station and offers both diesel and gasoline.
• The Port of Arlington boat launch, marine fuel station, nonmotorized launch, and tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station is operational. 
• Boardman Marina and boat ramp are open.
• Irrigon Marina and boating access are open. The pump/dump station is available. For the latest information, call (541) 922-3225 or (541) 571-5725.
• Umatilla Marina boat ramp and docks are open.
• Hat Rock State Park is open.

Columbia Slough

• ADVISORY: The canoe launch and small parking lot will be closed through late fall 2026 for construction on the Kelley Point Park Trail

Cooper Creek Reservoir (Douglas County)

• Cooper Creek West's recently renovated facilities are open. Boarding docks are floating. 
• Cooper Creek East is open, and the docks are floating. Paddlers are encouraged to use the area adjacent to the boat ramp when preparing to launch or leave the waterbody.

Coos Bay

• ADVISORY: Repairs to North Jetty. Construction has been extended to December 2026. Visit the website for updates on construction.
• California Street Boat ramp's restroom is closed due to vandalism. They are working to do repairs, and a port-a-potty has been put at the facility for use. 
• California Street boating access has all docks installed.
• North Spit docks are installed.
• Eastside and Empire Boat Ramps are open, and the docks are installed.
• Charleston Marina and Boat Ramp are open. The pumpout and dump station is open. 

Coos River South Fork

• Myrtle Tree boat ramp is open. The upstream docks have been repaired and reinstalled. 

Coquille River

• Bandon Marina and Boat Ramp are open.
• Bullard’s Beach ramp is open, and the docks are installed.
• Riverton boat ramp is open, and docks are installed.
• UPDATE: Sturdivant Park boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open. Restrooms may be intermittently closed November through March. During high-water rain events over the winter, the park may flood, causing closure. The docks will remain in place throughout the fall and winter. 
• Coquille boat ramp is open for the season. Boarding docks are not installed.
• The Arago boat ramp is open. The boarding docks are not installed.

Cottage Grove Reservoir (Lane County)

• UPDATE: Cottage Grove is currently at 14% water capacity.
• UPDATE: Lakeside Boat Ramp is open, and there is approximately 15 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp.
• Wilson Creek Ramp is closed for the season due to low water levels. Paddlecraft can be carried down to launch.

Cougar Reservoir (Lane County)

•  Echo Ramp, Slide Creek Campground Launch, and Cougar Crossing Day Use Launch are closed due to insufficient water levels. Hand launch is available.
• UPDATE: The reservoir water level is currently 1%

Crane Prairie Reservoir (Deschutes County)

• The Reservoir is at 61% water capacity.
• UPDATE: Rock Creek Day use and Boat ramp will close October 18. Docks are being removed October 16/17.
• Crane Prairie Day Use is open with docks in place year round. 
• Browns Mountain boating access has a shallow slope. The unimproved location on the reservoir provides calmer water and is a great place for paddlers to explore.

Crescent Lake (Klamath County)

• Crescent Boat launch is open. The docks are not installed due to insufficient water levels.
• UPDATE: Spring Campground and Crescent Lake campgrounds will close October 18. The boat ramp in Spring Day use will close as well.
• Windy Group Campground is closed.
• The lake is currently 10% full.

Crystal Creek

• Malone Springs boat launch is listed as closed on the Fremont-Winema National Forest website. Visit the website to check the opening status.
• The Rocky Point ramp on Recreation Creek is open. It is about a five-mile paddle to Malone Springs or a ten-minute drive south. Trailered and non-trailered boats can use the boat ramp.

Cullaby Lake (Clatsop County)

• ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority has released a recreational advisory for this location.
• Carnahan County Park paddle access is open
• Cullaby Lake County Park boat ramp is open.

Cultus Lake (Deschutes County)

• Little Cove Boat-in and West Cultus Boat-in Campgrounds are closed. 
• Cultus Lake Day Use is open and the docks remain installed year round.
• UPDATE: Cultus Lake Campground is closed.
• Cultus Lake resort is closed for the season

Davis Lake (Deschutes and Klamath Counties)

• ADVISORY: Water is shut off for the season in the campground at East Davis Lake. Please bring all the water you will need for your trip. 
• UPDATE: East Davis Lake campground and boat launch are open for the season. Water levels are very low. Paddle craft can carry down to launch. The campground will close October 18.

Deadhorse Lake (Lake County)

• UPDATE: Deadhorse Lake Campground will close October 15. Located about 90 minutes southwest of Paisley. This is a nice place to paddle or use your electric motorboat. 
  

Delintment Lake (Harney County) 

•  Delintment Lake Campground and Boating access are open. This is a great location for paddlers to access water. 

Depoe Bay (Lincoln County)

• Depoe Bay boat ramp is open. The parking lot has recently been resurfaced and restriped through a project funded partially by the Oregon State Marine Board. 
  

Depot Slough (Lincoln County)

• The Port of Toledo short-term tie-up docks, pumpout, and dump station are open.

Deschutes River

• AVISORY: Columbia Park will close on October 19 through early summer 2027 for the Columbia Park River Access Project and Gilchrist Bridge Replacement. Closures are in place for safety and construction logistics. 
  
• All segments of the river and ramps are open. 
  
• ADVISORY: There will be intermittent painting/repairs of restrooms along the corridor. Please respect closures when seen 
• Heritage Landing is open. The scat machine is operational. 
• Macks Canyon Campground is open. 
• Millers Landing Park accessible paddle launch is open. The Marine Board partially funded this nonmotorized boating access improvement. Bend Park & Recreation District received a Waterway Access Grant.
• Lava Island Falls (Big Eddy), Dillon Falls, Slough Camp, Benham Falls, Harpers Bridge, and Big River are open.
• LaPine State Park boat ramp is severely damaged, and only carry-down paddlecraft should use the boat ramp.
• Tetherow, Pringle Falls, Bull Bend, and Tenino are open. 

Detroit Lake (Marion and Linn Counties)

• UPDATE: The Lake is currently at 31% water capacity.
• UPDATE: Mongold Day use is open. The low water launch is open with 45 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp. Other ramp lanes are closed. There is limited parking at the bottom of the ramp. 
• State Park G is open. The water is at the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water. 
• Cove Creek, Hoover, and Southshore ramps are closed. 
  
• State Park D loop is open. Paddlecraft can be carried down.
• Detroit Lake Moorage and Kane’s Marina are closed.

Devils Lake (Lincoln)

• Remember to always Clean, Drain, and Dry (and pull the plug for motorized boats) your boat, even inflatables, after every use. Help prevent the spread of aquatic vegetation to other waterbodies. 
• The Devils Lake State Recreation Area Day Use boating access site is open.
• Devils Lake State Park Campground and Marina are open. The campground will close December 1 
• Regatta Park and Holmes Road Park are open.

Dexter Reservoir (Lane County)

• Lowell and Dexter State Park boat ramps are open, and the docks are floating. All park facilities are open from 7 am. to 7 pm. 
• Water fluctuates between 8 and 10 feet above the bottom of the boat ramps. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.

Diamond Lake (Douglas County)

• Diamond Lake Campground, North and South Lake Boat launches, and Thielsen View Boat Ramp are open. 
  
• Diamond Lake Resort has a webcam so that you can view current conditions.

Dog Lake (Lake County)

• Dog Lake Campground is open with reduced services from October 16 through May 14. Located approximately 40 minutes southwest of Lakeview, this is a great location for paddlers and electric motorboat access.
  

Dorena Reservoir (Lane County)

• UPDATE: Reservoir levels are currently at 29% water capacity.
• UPDATE: Baker Bay Marina is closed. The boat ramp is open with approximately 31 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
  
• Harms Boat Ramp is closed. There is a gate across the ramp, but paddlecraft can still be carried to the water. 

East Lake (Deschutes County) 

• UPDATE: Cinder Hill boating access is closed. The campground will close October 18
  
• Hot Springs Boating Site is open. Water levels are below the bottom of the ramp, and the docks are not installed. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water. 
•  East Lake Resort is open.
• East Lake Boating is open. Water levels are below the bottom of the ramp, and the docks are not installed

Eel Lake (Coos County)

• William M. Tugman State Park boat launch and kayak launch are open.

Elk Lake (Deschutes County)

• Elk Lake Resort will be open on select days during the month of October. Visit the website to find the fall schedule.
• Elk Lake Day Use, Little Fawn Day Use, and Point Campground are closed. 

Elk Lake (Marion County)

• Elk Lake Campground and paddling access are open.

Emigrant Lake (Jackson County)

• The lake is at 9% water capacity. 
• North and West boat ramps are closed due to low water. Other park amenities remain open. 
  

Estacada Lake (Clackamas County)

• ADVISORY: There is limited access to this popular lake. ALL waterway users need to be courteous to other users and activities. Do not block the boat ramp or docks, and limit the amount of time in those areas.
• The Estacada Lake boating access in Milo McIver State Park is open.
• Due to ongoing repairs at PGE's River Mill Powerhouse, Timber Creek's lower nonmotorized launch is closed for the summer recreation season. All river flows are currently being routed over the spillways, creating unsafe conditions at the boat launch and water access. View alternative boat launches here. A day-use parking permit is in effect beginning July 1 through October 15.

Fall Creek Reservoir (Lane County

• UPDATE: Reservoir levels are currently at 25% water capacity.
• UPDATE: North Shore shallow ramp is open with approximately 41 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp. Park hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 pm
• Winberry boat ramp is closed due to low water. Park facilities are closed October through April. 
• Cascara Campground's single boat ramp is closed due to lower water levels. The campground is closed October - April. 

Fern Ridge Reservoir (Lane County)

• Reservoir levels are at approximately 54% water capacity.
• Orchard Point Marina is open. There is approximately 4 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The dump station is currently closed. The pumpout is still operational. 
• UPDATE: Richardson Park Marina is open. There is approximately 3 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. Sailboats are not recommended to launch. The pumpout and dump station are closed. 
• Fern Ridge Shores is open year-round. There is approximately 1 foot of water over the bottom of the ramp 
• Perkins Peninsula Park is open. The water is at the bottom of the ramp. 
• Leakin Lena floating restroom was removed for the season.

Fish Lake (Baker County)

• Fish Lake Campground is closed.

Fish Lake (Harney County)

• Fish Lake Campground is open mid-June through October. This location is stocked with keeper trout by the BLM

Fish Lake (Jackson County)

• Fish Lake Resort is open.
• UPDATE: The reservoir is approximately 24% full. 
• Fish Lake Boat Ramp is closed due to low water levels. Launch is available for $6 at Fish Lake Resort.

Fish Lake (Linn County)

• Fish Lake is a paddle access site, great for use when Clear Lake is busy. Water levels are extremely low, not suitable for use.

Floras Creek (Curry County)

• Boice Cope Campground and boat ramp are open.

Foster Reservoir (Linn County)

• ADVISORY: Road construction on North River Drive will be taking place this summer. Traffic will be periodically affected, and visitors may need to take alternative routes depending on where work is taking place. The county will attempt to update frequently on its Linn County Parks and Recreation Facebook Page
• The floating restroom is open. A kayak dock has been installed at the floating restroom for use through a project partnership with the Oregon State Marine Board. 
• UPDATE: The Reservoir is currently at 4% storage. 
• UPDATE: Sunnyside County Park is open. There's just 1 foot of water over the bottom of the ramp.
• Gedney Creek, Lewis Creek, and Calkins are closed due to low water levels.
• The pumpout at Edgewater Marina is currently out of service. They are actively working on troubleshooting the issue.
• The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a video about water releases below Green Peter Dam.

Fourmile Lake (Klamath County)

• UPDATE: Fourmile Lake primitive boating access is open. Reservoir levels are at 7%. The campground is closed. 

Galesville Reservoir (Douglas County)

• Chief Miwaleta County Park boat ramp is open. The docks, however, are not currently in the water due to low water levels.

Garrison Lake (Port Orford)

• ADVISORY: Pinehurst boat ramp and the road to the ramp will be closed through the first week of November for equipment staging and reservoir dredging.
• 12th Street boat ramp is open. Pinehurst is a great access site for paddlecraft to explore the lake.

Gerber Reservoir (Klamath County)

• The Reservoir is currently 31% full.
• The North and South boating access sites are open.

Gold Lake (Lane County)

• UPDATE: Gold Lake Campground is open. The campground will close October 31.
  
• Gold Lake Day Use and the Boat Ramp are open. 

Grande Ronde Lake (Union County)

• UPDATE: Grande Ronde Lake Campground is closed.  

Green Peter Reservoir (Linn County)

• UPDATE: The Reservoir is currently at -34% water capacity. 
• Thistle Creek and Whitcomb boat ramps are closed. 

Haystack Reservoir (Jefferson County)

• ADVISORY: Haystack Reservoir is a recirculating system, and the water elevation goes up and down during the irrigation season. When reservoir storage is at approximately 64%, the West boat ramp will be closed. When it is above that level, it is normally open.
• Haystack South is open for day use and camping.
• Haystack East Campground and boat ramp are open.
• Visit the website to confirm the status of West Boat Ramp.

Heart Lake (Lake County)

• Heart Lake boating access site is open. The boat ramp and dock are in disrepair. Use caution when launching trailered boats or carrying down paddle craft on the boat ramp.

Hells Canyon Reservoir (Wallowa County)

• ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority released a recreational advisory for Hells Canyon Reservoir. 
• Hells Canyon Creek boat ramp and Visitors Center are open.

Hemlock Lake (Douglas County)

• Hemlock Lake campground and boating access are open. Located approximately 90 minutes from Roseburg, this 28-acre lake is a great place for paddlers and electric motorboats.

Henry Hagg Lake (Washington County)

• ADVISORY: The Eagle Point Recreation Area restroom and drinking fountain will be closed indefinitely for utility upgrades. Porta-potties are available, but there is no potable water. 
• ADVISORY: Remember to check boat operation waterway rules on the  Boat Oregon Map. There is a 200 ft. slow -no wake zone around the entire perimeter of the lake. Boats operating east of the buoy line must move in a counterclockwise direction and not exceed 35mph. Protect your boating activities and follow the rules!
• UPDATE: The reservoir is at 31% capacity. 
• Eagle Landing Boating Access (A Ramp) and C Ramp boating access both have over 20 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramps.

Hills Creek Reservoir (Lane County)

• UPDATE: The water level is at 3% of water capacity. 
• UPDATE: Packard Creek Boat Ramp is open with approximately 10 feet of water above the bottom of the ramp.
• CT Beach boating access and Bingham Boat Launch are open. Water level is below the bottom of the ramp. Hand launch is available. 

Hosmer Lake (Deschutes County)

• Mallard Marsh and South Campground are closed. 
• Hosmer Lake Boating Site is open. This lake is great for providing access to fly fishing and paddling. 

Howard Prairie Reservoir (Jackson County) 

• The reservoir is 49% full.
• The boat ramp at Grizzly Park is closed. The day use area remains open for paddlecraft to carry to the water.
• Howard Prairie Resort boat ramp, marina, and gas pumps are open. The Store and Café are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Willow Point Campground boating access facilities are open. Water levels are low at this location; paddlecraft can carry down to the water.
• Klum Landing Park boat ramp is open.

Hoquarton Slough (Tillamook County)

• Sue H Elmore Park is open and available for launch.

Hyatt Lake (Jackson County)

• The reservoir is 33% full.
• UPDATE: Cascade, Wildcat, and Mountain View Campgrounds are closed.

Jubilee Lake (Union County)

• Jubilee Lake Campground is open.  

Kilchis River

• Parks Landing, Mapes Creek, and Kilchis County Park boat launches are open for use. The Kilchis water level is currently too low for drift boats. Conditions are anticipated to last through the summer. Paddlecraft and small rafts can still access these locations. 

Kingsley Reservoir (Hood River County)

• Kingsley Day Use and concrete boat ramp are open. Remember to check the waterway rules for boat operation. Boat Oregon Map

Klamath River

• ADVISORY: The Oregon section from Keno Dam to Spring Island Ramp is a technical water river classification III to IV+, and only very experienced whitewater boaters with advanced skill sets for self-rescue should recreate. Inexperienced boaters are encouraged to go with a registered outfitter guide to experience this evolving river. In Oregon, all boaters are required to wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket for any rivers with a Class III or higher rating. OSMB also encourages wearing a helmet while whitewater boating.
• The Miller Island Ramp is open; one dock is sitting very low in the water. If more than one person is on the dock, it will submerge.
• Pioneer Park West, Moonshine Falls boat slide, and Spring Island Ramps are open.  

Lake Billy Chinook (Jefferson County)  

• ADVISORY: Due to repairs at Round Butte Dam, Lake Billy Chinook will be drawn down and maintained at approximately 1,942.5 feet through December 2026. Drawdown will begin September 16, 2026. Refill is expected to begin January 1, 2027, pending inflow.
• UPDATE: Seasonal closures are in effect for campgrounds at Cove Palisades.
• Perry South boat launch is open pending water and snow levels. The campground is closed. 
• Crooked River Day Use and Upper Deschutes Day Use are open year-round. Water levels are currently low; launch with caution.
• UPDATE: The floating restrooms will be pulled from the lake by the end of October.
• Lower Deschutes Day Use facility is closed for the winter months
• Cove Marina & Resort are closed for the season.

Lake Creek (Lane County)

• Konnie Memorial, Schindler Landing, and Deadwood Landing are open.

Lake Ewauna

• Veterans Memorial Park boating access is open.

Lake Harriet (Clackamas County) 

• Lake Harriet's Boat launch is open year-round. The campground is closed for the season 
  

Lake Lytle (Tillamook County)

• ADVISORY: City of Rockaway Beach has begun the demolition and construction of a new ADA restroom facility located at the lake. The new restrooms are expected to be completed by the end of the year. Portable restrooms are available during construction. The parking area will remain open to the public during the construction period.
• ADVISORY: Lake Lytle is very weedy due to an infestation of Eurasian Watermilfoil. Please thoroughly clean boats after use at this location to reduce the spread of this invasive aquatic plant.

Lake of the Woods (Klamath County)

• Rainbow Bay and Lake of the Woods Resort are open. The Lake of the Woods Resort has a live web camera on its website to view conditions. 
• Aspen Point Day Use and Sunset Day Use Boat Launches are open.

Lake Owyhee Reservoir (Malheur County)

• Lake Owyhee levels are at 12%
• Indian Creek boat ramp is open. There is approximately 7 feet of water at the bottom of the ramp. The docks have been installed.
• Gordon Gulch boat ramp is open. The water is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water.
• Lake Owyhee State Park is open year-round.
• Leslie Gulch boat ramp is open. The water is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water. 
• McCormack Campground Boat Ramp is open. There is no dock available at this location.

Lake Simtustus (Jefferson County)

• Pelton Park's boat launch is open year-round 
• Pelton Park campground and marina are closed for the season 
• Indian Park is closed due to wildfire impacts.

Laurance Lake (Hood River County)

• Kinnikinnick Campground and day use are closed. 

Lava Lake (Deschutes County)

• UPDATE: Lava Lake boating access and campground will close October 18. Docks will be removed the 16 or 17.
  

Lemolo Lake (Douglas County)

• UPDATE: Poole Creek Boat ramp and campground are closed for construction. The campground will remain closed until Summer 2027.
• East Lemolo Campground is closed. 

Little Cultus Lake (Deschutes County)

• UPDATE: The Takelma boating access site has 30 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp. 
• Joseph Stewart Resort boat ramp is closed due to low water. The Marina, boat rentals, day use area, and campground remain open. 

Lost Lake (Clatsop County)

• Lost Lake Day Use is a 14-acre lake that has a primitive boat launch and is great for nonmotorized boats.

Lost Lake (Hood River County)

• UPDATE: Lost Lake Resort and campground are closed. 
  

Luckiamute River

• Luckiamute Landing is open year-round.

Magone Lake (Grant County)

• Magone Lake Campground and boating access are open. This is a great lake for small boats and paddlecraft.

McKay Reservoir (Umatilla County)

• The boat ramp is open.
• UPDATE: The reservoir is 20% full.

McKenzie River

• Armitage Park, Hayden Bridge, Bellinger Landing, Hendricks Bridge, Deerhorn Landing, Leaburg Landing, Greenwood Landing, Goodpasture, Helfrich Landing, Forest Glen Landing, Hamlin Park, Ben and Kay Dorris State Park, Silver Creek Boat Launch, Finn Rock Landing and Bruckart Landing are open.
• UPDATE: Paradise Campground is closed. 
  
• McKenzie Bridge Campground and day use are closed. 

Mercer Lake (Lane County)

• Mercer Lake Boat Ramp is listed as open.

Miller Lake (Klamath County)

• The road to Miller Lake is rough; slow down to avoid bouncing your boat around and items out of the boat.
• UPDATE: Digit Point Campground will close October 15. The Day Use boat launch are open.
• UPDATE: Gideon Day Use is open. It will close October 15

Millicoma River

• Doris Place and Rooke-Higgins ramps are open.

Minam River

• Minam State Recreation Area boat launch is open. Parking in this area is day use only.

Molalla River 

• ADVISORY: There is a 150-foot log jam located at river mile 38 downstream of Horse Creek Bridge that obstructs all traffic. Portage around this obstacle would be difficult and potentially dangerous. 

Morgan Lake (Union County)

• Morgan Lake is open. This location is a great place for paddlers to access the water. The lake will remain open until October 31 

Multnomah Channel 

• Hadley's Landing is open. 
• Sauvie Island Boat Ramp is open

Munsel Lake (Lane County)

• Munsel Lake Landing boat launch is open.

Necanicum River

• The SEF Johnson Tract boat ramp on Hwy 101 will be closed for the summer. A combination lock will be placed back on the gate during fall salmon and winter steelhead seasons. Walk-in access is still allowed.
• Quatat Marine Park and Cartwright Park boating access sites in Seaside are open. Gates can be opened and closed manually.

Nehalem Bay (Tillamook County)

• ADVISORY: Nehalem Bay State Park boating access is open
• Wheeler Waterfront Park boat launch and dock are open.

Nehalem River

• Tillamook County Parks has placed rock at the bottom of the Nehalem County Park boat ramp to fill the large drop-off at the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading damage the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.
• Nehalem H Street, Tohls Street, and Roy Creek Ramp are open. Roy Creek and Nehalem Boat Ramps were cleared of silt and mud. 
• Alverdale Boat Launch is open to the North Fork Access. The site is an unimproved launch

Nestucca River

• Pacific City Boat Ramp has a drop-off at the end of the boat ramp. Use caution when launching and retrieving. There is a large sand bar partially blocking the ramp. Especially at low tide
• Fishers Point (the guardrail) boat ramp is open. This is a primitive ramp, but larger boats can still launch here. 
• Drift boat ramps at Cloverdale, Three Rivers, Farmer Creek, First Bridge, Fourth Bridge, Bixby, and Borba Road are open. The river upstream of First Bridge is too low for drift boats, and boats may need to drag below First Bridge; however, the river is floatable for paddle craft and small rafts.

Netarts Bay 

• Netarts Landing is open. The parking lot has been repaired by the county. The dock slants towards the water at low tide and can be hard to navigate for elderly or those with mobility issues. 

North Fork Reservoir (Clackamas County)

• North Fork Lower Boat Launch is open through October 31
• Promontory boat ramp is open through October 31. The campground is closed for the season. 
• Call the Marina for current ramp and store hours: 503-630-5152.

North Santiam River

• Green’s Bridge Access is reopened to the public. Applying for a key is no longer required. The gate will remain open until June 2027.
• Jefferson boat ramp is open. The ramp is gated; please contact the City of Jefferson City Hall for access.
• Buell Miller, Stayton Bridge, and Lyons-Mehama boating access are open year-round.
• Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site has limited day use; no camping or dump station is available.

North Twin Lake (Deschutes County)

• UPDATE: North Twin Lake boating access is open. The campground will close October 18.
  

North Umpqua River

• ALERT: Two sweeper trees (one large, one small) are blocking the navigational channel of the river at Boulder Hole approximately one-half mile south of the Boulder Flat put-in. Please use caution when rafting this section.
  
• Hestness Landing, Amacher Park, Whistlers Bend, Colliding Rivers, Lone Rock, and Susan Creek boat launch and take-out are open. 
• Bogus Creek raft launch is closed due to the Archie Creek fire. The U.S. Forest Service is working on plans to rebuild the boating access.

Ochoco Reservoir (Crook County)

• The reservoir is 17% full. The Boat launch is closed due to low water levels. 

Odell Lake (Klamath County)

• UPDATE: Trapper Creek Day use and Campground are open. The campground will close October 18.
• UPDATE: Sunset Cove Campground will close October 18. The boat ramp will be available for day use through October 30.
• UPDATE: Princess Creek Campground and boating access will close October 18.
  
• Odell Lake Lodge & Resort is open. 

Odessa Creek (off Upper Klamath Lake)

• Odessa Campground and boat ramp are open. This is a steep boat ramp for small boats to access Klamath Lake through a water channel.

Olallie Lake (Jefferson County)

• Olallie Lake Resort is closed. 

Olive Lake (Grant County)

• UPDATE: Olive Lake Campground and boat ramp are open. The campground will close October 31.
  

Olalla Reservoir (Lincoln County)

• Olalla Lake access is open. This is a great access location North of Toledo for paddlers and electric motorboats. 

Oswego Lake (Clackamas County)

• Public access to Lake Oswego via Millennium Park Paddle Access. A small parking area is available near the park, and public sanitation is available at Sundeleaf Plaza Park nearby. Plan ahead. The City passed new park rules on April 15, 2025. Please visit the website and review them before going paddling on the lake.

Oxbow Reservoir (Baker County)

• ADVISORY: Boaters and other users of Oxbow Reservoir should be aware that the reservoir level will be lower than normal for 2026 during a construction project to repair portions of the Oxbow Dam spillway. This change will not impact flows below Hells Canyon Dam.

Pacific Ocean

• Cape Kiwanda, Sunset Bay State Park, and Tolovana Launch are open.

Paulina Lake (Deschutes County)

• Paulina Lake boating access and day use are open. The docks remain in place year round.
• UPDATE: Little Crater Boating campground closes October 18. The boating access remains accessible. Docks will be removed October 16 or 17.
  
• UPDATE: Paulina Lake Lodge Restaurant and boat launch are open. Check the website for updates. 
  

Penland Lake (Morrow County)

• Penland Lake Campground is open year-round, and the site is currently accessible. This lake provides great access for electric engine boats and paddlers.

Phillips Reservoir (Baker County)

• The reservoir is 1% full.
• UPDATE: Union Creek Campground is closed. Mason dam boat launch is open. Water is below the bottom of the ramps.
  

Pilcher Creek Reservoir (Union County)

• Pilcher Creek Reservoir and boating access are open. The docks and ramp are dry. Water access through hand launching is available for paddlecraft. 

Pine Hollow Reservoir (Wasco County)

• North and South boat ramps are open. The restrooms are closed for the season.
• Water levels are low on the reservoir. Following Labor Day weekend, there is a no wake zone for the entire lake as ski season has ended.
  

Platt I Reservoir

• Plat I Reservoir ramp is open.

Powers Pond (Coos County)

• Powers Park Kayak Launch is open.

Prineville Reservoir (Crook County)

• ADVISORY: The Oregon Health Authority has released an advisory for this location.
• Prineville Reservoir water level is at 22%. 
• Prineville moorage was removed for the season. 
• Due to low water, the Bear Creek Floating restroom has been removed for the season.
• Prineville State Park Day Use is open year-round. The launch is closed to motorized launching. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water. 
• Jasper Point and Powderhouse Cove boat ramps are closed. The day use areas are still open. 
• The Roberts Bay primitive boat ramp is open.

Rainy Lake (Hood River County)

• UPDATE: Rainy Lake Campground is closed. 
  

Recreation Creek (Klamath County)

• Rocky Point Boat Launch, located at the mouth of Recreation Creek, is open with reduced services. It is about a five-mile paddle to Malone Springs.

Rock Creek Reservoir (Wasco County)

• ALERT: Rock Creek Reservoir Campground and Day Use are closed due to the Grasshopper fire.

Rogue River

• ADVISORY: There are occasional trees down on the Rogue River Trail between Grave Creek and Rogue River Ranch. Please alert Todd Neville at cneville@blm.gov
  with any major issues.
• ADVISORY: Launches on the Rogue River are facing very low water levels. Please use caution when launching. When navigating through Wildcat Rapid, stay river right. 
• ADVISORY: The vault toilet at Gold Hill Sports Park unfortunately has burned down and is not available for use. 
• Port of Gold Beach boat launch is open, and there is fuel available at this location.
• Quosatana boat ramp is open.
• Foster Bar Boat Ramp is open; the access point to the Rogue River National Recreation Trail, however, is closed.
• Grave Creek, Argo, Almeda Boat Ramp, Rand, Galice, Indian Boat Ramp, Hog Creek, Ferry Hole, and Lathrop Landing are open.
• Baker Park and Riverside Park in Grants Pass are open.
• Chinook Park is open. Please note there is a gap in the transition between the fishing platform and the bank. Water levels are low. Launch with caution. 
• Valley of the Rogue, Gold Hill Sports Park, Tovelle, Dodge Bridge, Upper Rogue Regional Park, Rogue Elk, and Casey State Park are open.

Sandy River

• ADVISORY: Oxbow Regional Park closed on September 8, 2026, for the replacement of the water lines and repairs to the roadway. The park is expected to open in early 2027. See website for additional information.
• Oxbow Regional Park is open. 

Scappoose Bay (Columbia County)

• Scappoose Bay Marina and boat ramp are open. The pumpout and dump station are operational. There is no fishing or fish cleaning allowed in the Marina.

Scout Lake (Deschutes County)

• Scout Lake Campground and day use are closed. 

Siletz River

• Moonshine Park Boat ramp is closed permanently due to changes in the river and unsafe launching conditions. 
• New Rules for Motorboats on the Siletz River were approved July 30, 2026
• Alder Island Paddler Access, Ichwhit Park, Strome Park, Jack Morgan Park, Ojalla Bridge Slide, Old Mill Park, Hee Hee Illahee, and Twin Bridges are open.

Siltcoos Lake (Lane and Douglas Counties)

• Westlake County Park is open.

Siuslaw River

• Austa Boat Ramp, Bender Landing, Tiernan, Mapleton, Farnham, Tide County Park, and Linslaw are open.

Skipanon River

• Warrenton Marina and boat launch are open.

Smith Reservoir (Linn County)

• Smith Reservoir Day Use boat ramp is open, and Lakes End boat-in only campground is open. This lake is stocked annually with trout, making it a great fishing spot. Please be aware there is a 10mph speed limit for boats.

Smith River

• Bolon Island, Noel Ranch Boat Launch, Riverside Wayside, Dailey Slide Takeout, and Vincent Creek boating access are open.

Snake River

• Dug Bar boat ramp is open.
• Nyssa boat ramp and docks are open. There are large voids between the boat ramp concrete planks. Use caution when launching and retrieving.

South Twin Lake (Deschutes County)

• UPDATE: Twin Lakes Resort is closed. 
  

South Slough (Coos Bay)

• The Port paddle launch is open.

South Umpqua River

• ALERT: South Umpqua Falls Campground is closed due to the Castle Fire.
• PERMANENT ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority has issued a permanent advisory for cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) for the Umpqua and South Umpqua Rivers.
• Sid Nichols Park, Happy Valley, Pickett County Park, Charles V Stanton Park, and Three C Rock Campground are open.

Spring Creek

• ADVISORY: All waterway users are asked to be respectful of this special place. Practice Leave No Trace when in the area, pack out all trash, including orange and banana peels, plan ahead and use designated restrooms, enter and exit the river at approved access points only, and remember to wear your life jacket.

Summit Lake (Clackamas County)

•  Summit Lake Campground is closed. Summit Lake boating access is open. 

Suttle Lake (Jefferson County)

• UPDATE: Link Creek Boating access and campground will close October 18.
• UPDATE: South Shore and Suttle Lake boating access will have docks removed October 16 or 17. The ramps remain accessible snow permitting.
• Blue Bay Boating site and campground are closed
• UPDATE: South Shore Campground will close October 18.
  

Sutton Lake  (Lane County)

• ADVISORY: Sutton Lake Boat ramp and day-use facilities will be closed for construction from August 2026 through November 2026 to replace the boat ramp and boarding docks. This project is being completed in partnership with the Oregon State Marine Board and the US Forest Service. 
  

Tahkenitch Lake (Douglas County)

• ADVISORY: Tahkenitch Lake Boat Ramp is closed for repairs. For access to the lake, please use the boat ramp at Tahkenitch Campground and the day-use area, where several campsites have been converted to parking to allow increased visitation.
• Tahkenitch Landing boat ramp is open. The campground is closed for the season. 

Taylor Lake (Wasco County)

• The primitive paddle launch is open. The northwest side of the lake burned in the Rowena fire. The bank area around the parking area is accessible and not impacted by the fire. It is recommended to access only using 4X4 high-clearance vehicles.

Tenmile Lake (Coos County)

• Tenmile County Ramp is open. There are low water levels at this launch location currently. The center boat ramp lanes have a large hole at the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading damages the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.

Thief Valley Reservoir (Union County)

• Water levels at Thief Valley are currently too low for recreational boating activities.

Three Creek Lake (Deschutes County)

• Three Creek Lake Campground is closed. 
• Three Creek Lake has a primitive boat ramp on the east shore to allow paddlers access to the lake.

Tillamook Bay (Tillamook County)

• ADVISORY: Dredging of the federal navigation channel near Port of Garibaldi is scheduled to begin August 20. Following the channel, the boat basin at Port of Garibaldi is scheduled to be dredged beginning September 15. Due to operations, Jerry Creasy Way is closed. Access to vessels on transient docks can be made on foot. 
• The Memaloose boat launch is open. There are several large potholes in the parking lot. Parks maintenance staff will be addressing the potholes at the earliest opportunity. Silt has built up in the bay; use caution when launching. 
• All Port of Garibaldi facilities are open. The floating restrooms have been installed for the season.

Tillamook River

• Burton Boat Launch is open. The ramp is not usable by large boats at low tide.

Timothy Lake (Clackamas County)

• ADVISORY: Timothy Lake is being drawn down to winter levels. Beware submerged hazards.
• Pine Point and West Shore boat launches are open.
• Gone Creek, Hoodview, North Arm, Oak Fork, Pine Point, and Stone Creek campgrounds and boat launches are closed for the season. 

Todd Lake (Deschutes County)

• Todd Lake Day Use is listed as open. This lake is a great location for paddlers. The road to the lake is unimproved and recommended for high-clearance vehicles only. 

Toketee Lake (Douglas County)

• Toketee Campground and boat ramp are open. The water levels are too low to allow motorized launching at this time. Paddlecraft can be carried down.

Town Lake (Tillamook County)

• Town Lake is open.

Trail Bridge Reservoir (Linn County)

• UPDATE: Trail Bridge Campground and boat launch are open. The campground will close October 31.
  

Trask River

• Carnahan City Park is open; trailered boats can launch at this time.
• Steiner boat launch, Loren’s Drift launch, Cedar Creek boat slide (Nips Landing), Upper and Lower Peninsula, and Stones Road boat slide are all open. The river upstream of Loren’s Drift is too low for Drift Boats, and boats may need to drag downstream of Loren’s. Conditions are expected to last through the summer. Paddlers and small rafts can still utilize this area.

Triangle Lake (Lane County)

• Triangle Lake boating access is open.

Trillium Lake (Clackamas County)

• UPDATE: Trillium Lake Campground and Day Use boating access sites are open. The campground will close October 31.
  

Trojan Pond (Columbia County)

• Trojan Pond paddle access is open year-round. The picnic areas and flush restroom are closed for the season. 

Tualatin River

• ADVISORY: Cook Family Park boat launch parking lot is closed through mid-November due to construction. The boat ramp and dock will remain open/accessible during construction but are limited to foot/bike traffic.
• Stark Community Boat Ramp (Rivergrove) boat launch is open. Ramp operating hours are Summer: May 1 – October 31, 8 AM to 9 PM
• UPDATE:Rood Bridge boat ramp is open. The docks will be removed the week of October 19 
  
• The Farmington Paddle Launch is open.

Turner Lake (Marion County)

• North Turner Lake boat ramp is open every day from dawn to dusk unless the gate is closed. 

Umatilla river

• ADVISORY: Due to an ODOT construction project of a pedestrian bridge, there will be a barge located near the center pillar of the Highway 730 bridge just below Nugent Park. The barge will be tied off to the center with an anchor trailing behind. The project will begin in September and continue for an undetermined amount of time. During the time of the construction, the main navigable channel will remain open.

Umpqua River

• Tyee Boat Ramp and Campground are closed. 
•  Salmon Harbor will be transitioning the fuel dock and uplands fuel station to winter hours starting November 1st. Winter hours are Monday - Friday, 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, closed for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30. Closed on the weekends. 
• Salmon Harbor Marina is open. The pumpout and dump station are open.
• River Forks County Park is open.
• Bumble Bee and Rainbow Plaza boat launches are open.
• Scottsburg Park ramp is open. Two of the dock sections are available at high tide.
• Umpqua Landing is open.

Unity Reservoir (Baker County)

• Unity Reservoir is at 9% water capacity. The water level at the State Park Day Use is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water. 

Upper Klamath Lake (Klamath County)

• UPDATE: Reservoir levels are 31% full. 
• Hagelstein Day Use is open. 
• Odessa campground and boat ramp are open. There is access to Klamath Lake through a channel from this location.
• Moore Park Marina I and II are open.
• Wocus Bay ramp is open year-round for day use.

Vee Lake

• Vee Lake Campground and primitive boating access are open.

Waldo Lake (Lane County)

• UPDATE: Shadow Bay Day Use and boating access are open. The campground is closed.
  
• Islet Boat Launch and North Waldo Campground are closed due to the Cedar Creek Fire. There is no anticipated opening date at this time, per the U.S. Forest Service.  

Wallowa Lake (Wallowa County)

• ADVISORY: The east portion of the parking lot at the County Park boat ramp is closed due to storage of construction equipment for construction work on the Dam. Dam work is expected to continue into the summer of 2027.
• Wallowa Lake State Park boat ramp is open, but the boarding docks have been removed due to lowering water levels. 
• Wallowa County Park is open. 
• Wallowa Lake Marina is open. Contact the marina to confirm hours.

Walton Lake (Crook County)

• Walton Lake Campground and boating access are located approximately 40 minutes east of Prineville. This small lake is great for paddlers and small boats with electric motors.

Warm Springs Reservoir (Harney and Malheur Counties) 

• The boat launches at Warm Springs Reservoir are dry. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water. 

Westport Slough (Clatsop County)

• Westport County Park boat ramp, short-term tie-up dock, and paddle launch are open.

Wickiup Reservoir (Deschutes County)

• UPDATE: The reservoir is 11% full. 
• Reservoir campground and boating access site are closed. 
• UPDATE: Gull point boating access and campground will close October 18. The docks will be removed the 16 or 17.
• North Davis Creek Campground and Boating Access are listed as closed due to significant hazard tree mitigation needs. There is no anticipated opening date.
  
  

Wiley Creek

• Wiley Park Boat Ramp is Open for hand launching.

Willamette River - Coast Fork

• Howard Buford Recreation Area primitive paddle access is open.

Lower Willamette River (Confluence with Columbia River to Willamette Falls)

• ADVISORY: St. John's Bridge in Cathedral Park continues to be under restoration. The project has been extended due to the need for more extensive concrete repairs. ODOT anticipates completing the work in Cathedral Park by March 2027, and all work will be completed by June 2027. The boat ramp, docks, and parking area are open during construction
• The boat docks have been installed at Milwaukie Bay Park 
• Tryon Cove, Foothills Park, and George Rogers Park are open.
• Cedaroak Boat Ramp, Meldrum Park, Jon Storm Park, and Sportscraft Landing are open.

Middle Willamette River (Willamette Falls to Salem)

• Bernert Landing and Willamette Paddling access are open.
• UPDATE: Hebb Park Boat Ramp is open. The County will be removing the seasonal docks in mid-October. 
• Molalla River State Park is open. As of 3/30/2026, there is a $10 in-state and $12 out-of-state parking fee. Access into Molalla River State Park from Eilers Road is prohibited. Use the main entrance at River Park Place near the intersection of NE 37th Avenue and N Holly Street in Canby. Use caution when launching, as the boat ramp has large potholes and is very short.  Be cautious not to lose your trailer off the end of the ramp.
• UPDATE: Boones Ferry Marina Gas Shack is closed.
• Boones Ferry Boat Ramp is open. View the live camera on their website.
• Rogers Landing boat launch and dock are open. Paddlers are encouraged to use the beach area at the end of the access road. This area is near the single-car parking area and the restroom.
• Keizer Rapids Park is open.

Upper Willamette River (Salem to Eugene)

• UPDATE: The biker boater campground in Independence will close for the season on October 15th. 
• ADVISORY: Riverview Park will have a cyclocross event October 24-25. Access to the river is still available, but congestion is expected. 
• Riverview Park and the campground are open. 
• Wallace Marine Park is open, and docks are in place.
• North River Front Park is open, and docks have been installed.   
• Buena Vista County Park is open. 
• Bowman Park, Takena Landing, and Hyak Park are open.
• Peoria Park, McCartney Boat Ramp, and Harrisburg are open.
• Whitely Landing and Island Park are open.

Willamette River – Middle Fork

• The Middle Fork Boat Ramp below the Dexter Dam is open. 
• Clearwater Park is open.
• Pengra Access has a single ramp open.

Williamson River (Klamath County)

• The water level is below the bottom of the ramp at Williamson River Boat Ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down. 

Willow Creek Reservoir (Morrow County)

• UPDATE: Turner Day Park is open, and the reservoir is at -3% capacity. Water is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down. 

Willow Lake (Jackson County)

• Willow Lake Day Use ramp is closed. The water level at the auxiliary ramp is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down. 

Wilson River 

• Sollie Smith boat ramp, Mills Bridge, Siskeyville, and Vanderzanden boat access are all open. The Wilson River upstream of Sollie Smith is too low for drift boats, and conditions are anticipated to last through the summer. Paddlers and small rafts can still utilize these areas.

Woahink Lake (Lane County)

• East Woahink Lake boat ramp is open year-round.

Wolf Creek Reservoir (Union County)

• Wolf Creek Reservoir is a popular spot for fishing. This location is open year-round. The docks and ramp are currently dry. Water is accessible for paddlers through hand launch. 

Yamhill River

• Dayton Landing Boat Ramp is open and cleaned of debris. Recommended for hand launch only due to damage to the ramp below the water level.

Yaquina Bay (Lincoln County)

• The Port of Newport boating sites are open. Check with Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay for bar conditions before launching.
  

Yaquina River

• The airport boat ramp has a large drop-off at the bottom of the boat ramp. Use caution when launching. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting issues.
• The Port of Toledo paddle dock and day use are open.

Yellowjacket Reservoir (Harney County)

• Yellowjacket Campground is closed due to the Falls Fire closure. Yellowjacket Lake and the boat ramp are open from Forest Service Road 37 at the west terminus (FSR 47 junction) to FSR 3745.
