Agate Lake (Jackson County) - Agate Lake Boat Launch is open. The lake is 15% full.
Agency Lake (Klamath County) Allen Creek Reservoir (Crook County) - Open May 15 – September 15. This primitive boat ramp is located on the southeast corner of the reservoir. The access road is extremely primitive and rough. Please drive slowly.
Alsea River - Port of Alsea boat ramp, marina, and paddle launch are open.
- Mike Bauer Wayside, Blackberry Campground, Ermie Walters, Missouri Bend pole slide, Salmonberry Park, Campbell Park, and Mill Creek Boat Landing are open.
Ana Reservoir (Lake County) - The boat ramp is open, and the boarding docks are floating.
Antelope Reservoir (Malheur County) - Antelope Reservoir is located approximately 15 minutes west of Jordan Valley. The primitive campground is open year-round.
Antelope Flat Reservoir (Crook County) - The Antelope Flat campground and boating access site are open. U.S. Forest Service requests that you do not park in the boat ramp loop, because it can block others from accessing the water.
Anthony Lakes (Baker County)
Applegate Reservoir (Jackson County) - UPDATE: The reservoir is currently at 24% water capacity.
- UPDATE: French Gulch boat ramp is open with 52 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp.
- Copper boat ramp is open; the water is at the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down.
- Hart-Tish boat ramp is open, but the water is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water.
Badger Lake (Hood River County) Beaver Creek - Ona Beach State Park boat ramp and paddle launch are open.
Benson Lake (Multnomah County) - Benson State Recreation Area is open. This is a great location for paddlers to access alongside the Columbia River. The Lake is stocked with fish from March through October.
Ben Irving Reservoir (Douglas County) Beulah Reservoir (Malheur County) - The ramp is open, but the water level is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water.
Big Lake (Linn County) - Big Lake West primitive launch, Big Lake campground, and Day Use boat launch are open.
Blair Lake (Lane County) Blue River Reservoir (Lane County) Bolan Lake
Bradley Lake - Bradley Lake Boat Ramp is open year-round. During late summer, the aquatic vegetation growth increases. Please do your part to protect waterways and your recreation by following Clean, Drain, and Dry practices. Remove all vegetation from your boat, trailer, and gear.
Brownlee Reservoir (Baker County)
- ADVISORY: Oregon Health Authority released a recreational advisory on July 20. This does NOT include the Powder River Arm of the reservoir.
- The floating restroom has been removed for the season.
- UPDATE: Moonshine Mine boating access is open. There are 37 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp.
- Hewitt Park ramp is open. There is approximately 19 feet of water over the bottom of the low water ramp.
- Holcomb Park boat ramp is open. The water is approximately 10 feet over the bottom of the ramp. Be advised that Holcomb Park is currently hosting firefighters and heavy equipment. Boaters can launch but must park on the hill above Holcomb. Hewitt Launch will have easier access and less conflict of use.
- Farewell Bend State Park is open. The water is 20 feet above the bottom of the ramp.
- Hewitt Park Day Use is open. Water is below the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water.
- Spring Recreation Site remains closed due to Fox Fire. There is not currently an anticipated opening time.
Bull Prairie Lake (Grant) - Bull Prairie Lake Campground is open.
Bully Creek Reservoir (Malheur County) - ADVISORY: Bully Creek Park is undergoing maintenance and will have limited camping in 2026.
- UPDATE: The park and boat ramp are open. There is approximately 3 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp.
Campbell Lake (Lake County) - Campbell Lake Campground is open. Located a little over an hour from Paisley, this lake is great for paddling or electric motorboats.
Cape Meares Lake (Tillamook County) - The Cape Meares Lake boat ramp is open. Use caution when launching, as you may encroach on Bay Ocean Rd. There is very limited parking across the road.
Carter Lake (Douglas County) - Carter Lake Campground and boat ramp are open. Located approximately 5 minutes south of Siltcoos Lake off Hwy 101. This narrow lake is great for paddlers and small motorized boats. Water is below the ramp; paddlecraft can be carried down.
Cheadle Lake (Linn County) Chetco River
- ADVISORY: The Federal Channel near the Port of Brookings harbor will have clamshell dredging September 5-15th
seven days a week and 24hours a day. - The Port of Brookings Harbor boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open. The pumpout and dump station is available.
- Alfred A. Loeb State Park access to the gravel bar is open. There is a drop-off on the access to the gravel bar.
- Miller Bar, Nook Bar, Redwood Bar, and South Fork Campgrounds and Day Use areas have large drop-offs on the access to the gravel bar.
Chickahominy Reservoir (Harney County) Clackamas Lake - Clackamas Lake Campground is open. This small, shallow lake is a great location for paddling, especially when Timothy Lake is busy.
Clackamas River
Clear Lake (Linn County) Clear Lake (Wasco County) - Clear Lake Campground is open. Water levels are currently too low for recreational activities
Cleawox Lake (Lane County) - Honeyman State Park and boat ramp are open.
Coffenbury Lake (Clatsop County) - Fort Stevens State Park's boating access is open.
Cold Springs Reservoir (Umatilla County) - UPDATE: Cold Springs primitive boating access is open. The reservoir is at 13% capacity.
Columbia River - NEW: The Port of Hood River's fuel dock is reopened after repairs have been completed.
- ADVISORY: The fish cleaning station at Boardman Marina and RV park is closed until further notice.
- Hammond Marina is open.
- Rainier Marina is open, and the pumpout and dump station are operational. See conditions on their new live-feed camera.
- City of St Helens Courthouse docks are open. View the live-stream cameras.
- The Donaldson Marina is now operated under Sundance. The pumpout is having intermittent issues, but is working.
- M. James Gleason boating access and docks are open. New docks were installed in a project partnership with Oregon State Marine Board and METRO.
- Sandy Beach (Schwitter Landing) sustained damage to the dock and wave attenuator. Funding has been secured, and an engineering firm has been selected to survey the dock and wave attenuator to determine the next steps for repair. Access to Government Island from the south finger of the dock is available.
- Government Island Floating Restroom is open.
- Chinook Landing ramp, docks, and restrooms are open. The pumpout and dump stations are operational.
- UPDATE: Rooster Rock State Park boating access is open. Water levels are low; please use caution when launching.
- The boat ramp at Dalton Point is closed due to ramp damage. There is no anticipated opening time.
- The Port of Cascade Locks boat launch is open. Please remember that boaters are required to use designated trailer parking spots only. Overflow parking is available on WaNaPa Street. Unauthorized parking may be cited and towed at the owner's expense.

Cooper Creek Reservoir (Douglas County) - ADVISORY: Since July 5, the West Boat Ramp and day use area is closed for construction with an anticipated opening date of September 4th. During construction, the East Boat Ramp will be open for public access. View the press release here.
- ADVISORY: Invasive carp have been identified in Cooper Creek Reservoir. ODFW is encouraging anglers to capture all fish they can and dispose of them.
- Cooper Creek East is open, and the docks are floating. Paddlers are encouraged to use the area adjacent to the boat ramp when preparing to launch or leave the waterbody.
Coos Bay - ADVISORY: Repairs to North Jetty. Construction has been extended to December 2026. Visit the website for updates on construction.
- California Street Boat ramp's restroom is closed due to vandalism. They are working to do repairs, and a port-a-potty has been put at the facility for use.

- Bandon Marina and Boat Ramp are open.
- Bullard’s Beach ramp is open, and the docks are installed.
- Riverton boat ramp is open, and docks are installed.
- Sturdivant Park boat ramp and short-term tie-up dock are open.

Cottage Grove Reservoir (Lane County)
- UPDATE: Cottage Grove is currently at 46% water capacity.
- UPDATE: Lakeside Boat Ramp is open, and there is approximately 30 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp.
- Wilson Creek Ramp is closed for the season due to low water levels. Paddlecraft can be carried down to launch.
Cougar Reservoir (Lane County) - UPDATE: Echo Ramp, Slide Creek Campground Launch, and Cougar Crossing Day Use Launch are closed due to insufficient water levels. Hand launch is available. The reservoir water level is currently 11%
Crane Prairie Reservoir (Deschutes County)
- UPDATE: The Reservoir is at 60% water capacity.
- Rock Creek Day Use and Crane Prairie Day Use are open with docks installed for the season.
- Browns Mountain boating access has a shallow slope. The unimproved location on the reservoir provides calmer water and is a great place for paddlers to explore.
Crescent Lake (Klamath County) - Spring Campground and boating access are open. The docks are not installed due to insufficient water levels.

Crystal Creek - Malone Springs boat launch is listed as closed on the Fremont-Winema National Forest website. Visit the website to check the opening status.
- The Rocky Point ramp on Recreation Creek is open. It is about a five-mile paddle to Malone Springs or a ten-minute drive south. Trailered and non-trailered boats can use the boat ramp.
Cullaby Lake (Clatsop County)
- ADVISORY: The boat ramp at Cullaby Lake County Park will be closed to the general public on September 12th and 13th from 8 am to 5 pm to host the Columbia Outboard Racing Association hydroplane races.

Cultus Lake (Deschutes County)
- Little Cove Boat-in and West Cultus Boat-in Campgrounds are open

Davis Lake (Deschutes and Klamath Counties) - East Davis Lake campground and boat launch are open for the season.
Deadhorse Lake (Lake County) - Deadhorse Lake Campground is open. Located about 90 minutes southwest of Paisley. This is a nice place to paddle or use your electric motorboat.
Delintment Lake (Harney County) - Delintment Lake Campground and Boating access are open. This is a great location for paddlers to access water.
Depoe Bay (Lincoln County) - Depoe Bay boat ramp is open. The parking lot has recently been resurfaced and restriped through a project funded partially by the Oregon State Marine Board.
Depot Slough (Lincoln County) - The Port of Toledo short-term tie-up docks, pumpout, and dump station are open.
Deschutes River - All segments of the river and ramps are open.
- ADVISORY: There will be intermittent painting/repairs of restrooms along the corridor. Please respect closures when seen
- ADVISORY: Motorized watercraft are not allowed from Heritage Landing upstream to Macks Canyon on alternate weekends beginning the first Thursday through Sunday on/after June 15 and ending September 30. The motorboat closure calendar can be found here:

- LaPine State Park boat ramp is severely damaged, and only carry-down paddlecraft should use the boat ramp.

Detroit Lake (Marion and Linn Counties)
- ADVISORY: Detroit and Kane’s Marina will begin removing accumulated material beginning in September. The project will include excavation and essential fish habitat construction, with plans for work to conclude in March of 2027
- UPDATE: The Lake is currently at 60% water capacity.
- UPDATE: Mongold Day use is open. The low water launch is open with 77 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp. Other ramp lanes are closed.
- State Park G is open. The water is at the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water.
- Cove Creek, Hoover, and Southshore ramps are all open; water levels are below the bottom of the ramp. The ground leading to the water is muddy, resulting in slippery conditions. Use caution when carrying paddlecraft to the water or launching at the previously mentioned locations.
- State Park D loop is open. Paddlecraft can be carried down.
- Due to water levels dropping quickly, Detroit Lake Moorage and Kane’s Marina are closed.
Devils Lake (Lincoln) - Remember to always Clean, Drain, and Dry (and pull the plug for motorized boats) your boat, even inflatables, after every use. Help prevent the spread of aquatic vegetation to other waterbodies.
- The Devils Lake State Recreation Area Day Use boating access site is open.
- Devils Lake State Park Campground and Marina are open. Due to plumbing issues, the restroom in C Loop is currently closed until further notice.
- Regatta Park and Holmes Road Park are open.
Dexter Reservoir (Lane County)
- Lowell and Dexter State Park boat ramps are open, and the docks are floating. Water fluctuates between 8 and 10 feet above the bottom of the boat ramps. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading can damage the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.
Diamond Lake (Douglas County) Dog Lake (Lake County)
- Dog Lake Campground is open. Located approximately 40 minutes southwest of Lakeview, this is a great location for paddlers and electric motorboat access.
Dorena Reservoir (Lane County) - UPDATE: Reservoir levels are currently at 65% water capacity.
- UPDATE: Baker Bay Marina and boat ramp are open. There is approximately 53 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp.
- UPDATE: Harms Park Ramp is closed. There is a gate across the ramp, but paddlecraft can still be carried to the water.
East Lake (Deschutes County) - Cinder Hill Campground and Boating Site is open.
- Hot Springs Boating Site is open. Water levels are below the bottom of the ramp, and the docks are not installed. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water.
- East Lake Resort is open.

Eel Lake (Coos County) - William M. Tugman State Park boat launch and kayak launch are open.
Elk Lake (Deschutes County) - Elk Lake Resort is open.

Elk Lake (Marion County) - Elk Lake Campground and paddling access is open.
Emigrant Lake (Jackson County)
- UPDATE: The lake is at 5% water capacity.
- North and West boat ramps are closed due to low water.
Estacada Lake (Clackamas County) - ADVISORY: There is limited access to this popular lake. ALL waterway users need to be courteous to other users and activities. Do not block the boat ramp or docks, and limit the amount of time in those areas.
- The Estacada Lake boating access in Milo McIver State Park is open.
- Due to ongoing repairs at PGE's River Mill Powerhouse, Timber Creek's lower nonmotorized launch is closed for the summer recreation season. All river flows are currently being routed over the spillways, creating unsafe conditions at the boat launch and water access. View alternative boat launches here. A day-use parking permit is in effect beginning July 1 through October 15.
Fall Creek Reservoir (Lane County
- UPDATE: Reservoir levels are currently at 48% water capacity.
- UPDATE: North Shore shallow ramp is open with approximately 63 feet of water over the end of the boat ramp.
- Winberry boat ramp is closed due to low water.
- Cascara campground single boat ramp is closed due to lower water levels. All other campground facilities are open.
Fern Ridge Reservoir (Lane County)
- UPDATE: Reservoir levels are at approximately 59% water capacity.
- Orchard Point Marina is open. There is approximately 5 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The pumpout and dump station are open.
- Richardson Park Marina is open. There is approximately 4 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramp. The pumpout and dump station are offline for the season. Boaters can use the pumpout and dump station at Orchard Point Marina.
- Fern Ridge Shores is open year-round. There is approximately 2 feet of water over the bottom of the ramp
- Perkins Peninsula Park is open. The water is approximately 1 foot over the bottom of the boat ramp.
- Leakin Lena floating restroom was removed for the season.
Fish Lake (Baker County) - Fish Lake Campground is open July through September. Due to its small size, it is recommended for small motorboats and paddlers. Water levels are very low currently.
Fish Lake (Harney County) - Fish Lake Campground is open mid-June through October. This location is stocked with keeper trout by the BLM
Fish Lake (Jackson County)
- Fish Lake Resort is open.
- UPDATE: The reservoir is approximately 15% full.
- Fish Lake Boat Ramp is closed due to low water levels. Launch is available for $6 at Fish Lake Resort.
Fish Lake (Linn County) - Fish Lake is a paddle access site, great for use when Clear Lake is busy. Water levels are extremely low, not suitable for use.
Floras Creek (Curry County) - Boice Cope Campground and boat ramp are open.
Foster Reservoir (Linn County) - ADVISORY: Road construction on North River Drive will be taking place this summer. Traffic will be periodically affected, and visitors may need to take alternative routes depending on where work is taking place. The county will attempt to update frequently on its Linn County Parks and Recreation Facebook Page
- ADVISORY: The road over Foster Dam will be closed September 1, 2, 8, and 9 by the USACE. This will affect access to Gedney and Lewis Creek.
- NEW: The floating restroom repairs have been completed, and the restroom is open. A kayak dock has been installed at the floating restroom for use through a project partnership with the Oregon State Marine Board.
- UPDATE: The Reservoir is currently at 94% storage.
- UPDATE: Sunnyside County Park is open. There is over 22 feet of water at the bottom of the ramp.

Galesville Reservoir (Douglas County) - Chief Miwaleta County Park boat ramp is open. The docks, however, are not currently in the water due to low water levels.
Garrison Lake (Port Orford) - ADVISORY: Pinehurst boat ramp will be closed the month of September.
- 12th Street boat ramp and Pinehurst gravel ramp are open. Pinehurst is a great access site for paddlecraft to explore the lake.
Gerber Reservoir (Klamath County) - UPDATE: The Reservoir is currently 35% full.
- The North and South boating access sites are open.
Gold Lake (Lane County) - Gold Lake Campground is open.
- Gold Lake Day Use and the Boat Ramp are open.
Grande Ronde Lake (Union County) - Grande Ronde boat ramp and campground are open.
Green Peter Reservoir (Linn County) - UPDATE: The Reservoir is currently at -4% water capacity.
- UPDATE: Thistle Creek and Whitcomb boat ramps are closed.
Haystack Reservoir (Jefferson County) - ADVISORY: Haystack Reservoir is a recirculating system, and the water elevation goes up and down during the irrigation season. When reservoir storage is at approximately 64%, the West boat ramp will be closed. When it is above that level, it is normally open.
- Haystack South is open for day use and camping.
- Haystack East Campground and boat ramp are open.
- Visit the website to confirm the status of West Boat Ramp.
Heart Lake (Lake County) - Heart Lake boating access site is open. The boat ramp and dock are in disrepair. Use caution when launching trailered boats or carrying down paddle craft on the boat ramp.
Hells Canyon Reservoir (Wallowa County) Hemlock Lake (Douglas County)
Henry Hagg Lake (Washington County) - ALERT: The boat dock at C-ramp is currently closed for emergency repairs. They appreciate everyone's patience as crews work to reopen the ramp. ADVISORY: Remember to check boat operation waterway rules on the Boat Oregon Map. There is a 200 ft. slow -no wake zone around the entire perimeter of the lake. Boats operating east of the buoy line must move in a counterclockwise direction and not exceed 35mph. Protect your boating activities and follow the rules!
- UPDATE: Eagle Landing Boating Access (A Ramp) and C Ramp boating access both have over 30 feet of water over the bottom of the boat ramps.
Hills Creek Reservoir (Lane County) - UPDATE: The water level is at 10% of water capacity.
- Packard Creek Boat Ramp is open with approximately 19 feet of water above the bottom of the ramp.
- CT Beach boating access and Bingham Boat Launch are open. Water level is below the bottom of the ramp. Hand launch is available.
Hosmer Lake (Deschutes County) - Hosmer Lake Boating Site is open.
Howard Prairie Reservoir (Jackson County) - ADVISORY: The boat ramp, day use area, and campground at Klum Landing will be closed September 17-20th for pavement maintenance.
- UPDATE: The reservoir is 53% full.
- UPDATE: The boat ramp at Grizzly Park is closed. The day use area remains open for paddlecraft to carry to the water.
- Howard Prairie Resort boat ramp, marina, and gas pumps are open.

Hoquarton Slough (Tillamook County) - Sue H Elmore Park is open and available for launch.
Hyatt Lake (Jackson County) - UPDATE: The reservoir is 34% full.
- Cascade, Wildcat, and Mountain View campgrounds are open. Horse Camp is also open.
- Wildcat Campground's gravel access ramp is available but is facing muddy conditions. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water.
- Cascade Boat Ramp and Mountain View Boat Ramp are closed due to low water levels. Hand launching paddlecraft is still available.
John Day River
Jubilee Lake (Union County) - Jubilee Lake Campground is open.
Juniper Lake (Harney County) - Juniper Lake boating access is open.
Kilchis River
- Parks Landing, Mapes Creek, and Kilchis County Park boat launches are open for use. The Kilchis water level is currently too low for drift boats. Conditions are anticipated to last through the summer. Paddlecraft and small rafts can still access these locations.
Kingsley Reservoir (Hood River County) Klamath River
- ADVISORY: The Oregon section from Keno Dam to Spring Island Ramp is a technical water river classification III to IV+, and only very experienced whitewater boaters with advanced skill sets for self-rescue should recreate. Inexperienced boaters are encouraged to go with a registered outfitter guide to experience this evolving river. In Oregon, all boaters are required to wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket for any rivers with a Class III or higher rating. OSMB also encourages wearing a helmet while whitewater boating.
- ADVISORY: The gate is closed at the Keno Recreation area due to extreme fire danger.
- The Miller Island Ramp is open; one dock is sitting very low in the water. If more than one person is on the dock, it will submerge.
- Pioneer Park West, Moonshine Falls boat slide, and Spring Island Ramps are open.
Lake Billy Chinook (Jefferson County) - Perry South Campground and boat launch are open.

Lake Lytle (Tillamook County) - ADVISORY: Lake Lytle is very weedy due to an infestation of Eurasian Watermilfoil. Please thoroughly clean boats after use at this location to reduce the spread of this invasive aquatic plant.
Lake of the Woods (Klamath County) Lake Owyhee Reservoir (Malheur County) - UPDATE: Lake Owyhee levels are at 19%

Lemolo Lake (Douglas County) - Poole Creek Boat Ramp and East Lemolo Campground boating access are open.
Little Cultus Lake (Deschutes County) - Little Cultus Campground and boating access are open.
Little Lava Lake (Deschutes County) - Little Lava Lake Campground and boat launch are open.
Lofton Reservoir (Lake County) - Lofton Reservoir Campground and boating access site are open.
Lookout Point Reservoir (Lane County) - UPDATE: Lookout Point Reservoir water level is at 11%.

Lost Lake (Clatsop County) - Lost Lake Day Use is a 14-acre lake that has a primitive boat launch and is great for nonmotorized boats.
Lost Lake (Hood River County) - Lost Lake Resort is open for the season. This location is an amazing escape for paddlecraft.
Luckiamute River - Luckiamute Landing is open year-round.
Magone Lake (Grant County) - Magone Lake Campground and boating access are open. This is a great lake for small boats and paddlecraft.
McKay Reservoir (Umatilla County)
McKenzie River
- Armitage Park, Hayden Bridge, Bellinger Landing, Hendricks Bridge, Deerhorn Landing, Leaburg Landing, Greenwood Landing, Goodpasture, Helfrich Landing, Forest Glen Landing, Hamlin Park, Ben and Kay Dorris State Park, Silver Creek Boat Launch, Finn Rock Landing, Bruckart Landing, McKenzie Bridge, and Paradise Campground are open.
Mercer Lake (Lane County) - Mercer Lake Boat Ramp is listed as open.
Miller Lake (Klamath County) - The road to Miller Lake is rough; slow down to avoid bouncing your boat around and items out of the boat.
- Digit Point Campground and Day Use boat launch are open.
- Gideon Day Use is open.
Millicoma River - Doris Place and Rooke-Higgins ramps are open.
Minam River - Minam State Recreation Area boat launch is open. Parking in this area is day use only.
Molalla River - ADVISORY: There is a 150-foot log jam located at river mile 38 downstream of Horse Creek Bridge that obstructs all traffic. Portage around this obstacle would be difficult and potentially dangerous.
Morgan Lake (Union County) - Morgan Lake is closed indefinitely due to extreme fire hazard.
Multnomah Channel - ADVISORY: Sauvie Island Beaches parking permit will be required on weekends and holidays starting June 15 through Labor Day. The permit applies only to Sauvie Island’s Walton, Collins, and North Unit. This replaces the traditional wildlife area parking permit. Permits go on sale June 1.
- Hadley's Landing has completed the replacement of the damaged portion of the docks in a project partnership with the Oregon State Marine Board.
- Shore-to-dock access at Hadley's Landing on Sauvie Island has been restored.

Munsel Lake (Lane County) - Munsel Lake Landing boat launch is open.
Necanicum River - The SEF Johnson Tract boat ramp on Hwy 101 will be closed for the summer. A combination lock will be placed back on the gate during fall salmon and winter steelhead seasons. Walk-in access is still allowed.
- Quatat Marine Park and Cartwright Park boating access sites in Seaside are open. Gates can be opened and closed manually.
Nehalem Bay (Tillamook County)
- Nehalem Bay State Park boating access is open. The boarding docks have been deployed for the summer.
- Wheeler Waterfront Park boat launch and dock are open.
Nehalem River
- Tillamook County Parks has placed rock at the bottom of the Nehalem County Park boat ramp to fill the large drop-off at the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading damages the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.
- Nehalem H Street, Tohls Street, and Roy Creek Ramp are open. Roy Creek and Nehalem Boat ramps were cleared of silt and mud.
- Alverdale Boat Launch is open to the North Fork Access. The site is an unimproved launch
Nestucca River - Pacific City Boat Ramp has a drop-off at the end of the boat ramp. Use caution when launching and retrieving. There is a large sand bar partially blocking the ramp. Especially at low tide
- Drift boat ramps at Fishers Point, Cloverdale, Three Rivers, Farmer Creek, First Bridge, Fourth Bridge, Bixby, and Borba Road are open. The river upstream of First Bridge is too low for drift boats, and boats may need to drag below First Bridge; however, the river is floatable for paddle craft and small rafts.
Netarts Bay - Netarts Landing is open. The parking lot has been repaired by the county. The dock slants towards the water at low tide and can be hard to navigate for elderly or those with mobility issues.
North Fork Reservoir (Clackamas County) - North Fork Lower Boat Launch is open.
- Promontory boat ramp and campground are open. Call the Marina for current ramp and store hours: 503-630-5152.
North Santiam River - UPDATE: The in-water work for the bank stabilization project in Mill City has been completed.
- Jefferson boat ramp is open. The ramp is gated; please contact the City of Jefferson City Hall for access.
- Greens Bridge access is closed. Anglers who wish to launch or retrieve from this site must apply for a key by calling the local ODFW office at (541) 757-4186 and provide your fishing license number and contact information. The gate will remain closed through Labor Day weekend.
- Buell Miller, Stayton Bridge, and Lyons-Mehama boating access are open year-round.
- Fishermen's Bend Recreation Site has limited day use; no camping or dump station is available.
North Twin Lake (Deschutes County) - The Campground and boating access are open for the season.
North Umpqua River - Hestness Landing, Amacher Park, Whistlers Bend, Colliding Rivers, Lone Rock, and Susan Creek boat launch and take-out are open.
- Bogus Creek raft launch is closed due to the Archie Creek fire. The U.S. Forest Service is working on plans to rebuild the boating access.

Odessa Creek (off Upper Klamath Lake) - Odessa Campground and boat ramp are open. This is a steep boat ramp for small boats to access Klamath Lake through a water channel.

Olalla Reservoir (Lincoln County)
- Olalla Lake access is open. This is a great access location North of Toledo for paddlers and electric motorboats.
Oswego Lake (Clackamas County) Oxbow Reservoir (Baker County) - ADVISORY: Boaters and other users of Oxbow Reservoir should be aware that the reservoir level will be lower than normal for 2026 during a construction project to repair portions of the Oxbow Dam spillway. This change will not impact flows below Hells Canyon Dam.
Pacific Ocean - Cape Kiwanda, Sunset Bay State Park and Tolovana Launch are open.
Paulina Lake (Deschutes County)
- Little Crater and Paulina Lake boating sites are open, and the docks are floating.
- Paulina Lake Lodge restaurant and boat launch are open.
Penland Lake (Morrow County) - Penland Lake Campground is open year-round, and the site is currently accessible. This lake provides great access for electric engine boats and paddlers.
Phillips Reservoir (Baker County) - UPDATE: The reservoir is 2% full.
- Mason Dam boat launch, Union Creek Campground, and boat ramp are open. Water is below the bottom of the ramps.
Pilcher Creek Reservoir (Union County) - Effective June 1 through September 30, minimum and maximum size limits and possession bag limits for rainbow trout and bass are suspended.
- Pilcher Creek Reservoir and boating access are open. The docks and ramp are dry. Water access through hand launching is available for paddlecraft.
Pine Hollow Reservoir (Wasco County) - North and South Boat ramps are now open following fire closures.

Prineville Reservoir (Crook County)

Rainy Lake (Hood River County) - Rainy Lake Campground is open
Recreation Creek (Klamath County) - Rocky Point Boat located at the mouth of Recreation Creek is open. It is about a five-mile paddle to Malone Springs.
Rock Creek Reservoir (Wasco County) Rogue River
- ADVISORY: Whitewater Hydroplane Races will be taking place September 5th and 6th from Griffin Park to Baker Park.
- Port of Gold Beach boat launch is open, and there is fuel available at this location.
- Quosatana boat ramp is open.
- Foster Bar Boat Ramp is open; the access point to the Rogue River National Recreation Trail, however, is closed.
- Grave Creek, Argo, Almeda Boat Ramp, Rand, Galice, Indian Boat Ramp, Hog Creek, Ferry Hole, and Lathrop Landing are open.
- Baker Park and Riverside Park in Grants Pass are open.
- Chinook Park is open. Please note there is a gap in the transition between the fishing platform and the bank.
- Valley of the Rogue, Gold Hill Sports Park, Tovelle, Dodge Bridge, Upper Rogue Regional Park, Rogue Elk, and Casey State Park are open.
Sandy River
- ADVISORY: Erosion occurred at the Oxbow Regional Park where two of the accessible parking spaces were washed away. METRO is working to adapt to this most recent erosion event. - ADVISORY: Oxbow Regional Park will close on September 8, 2026, until January 2027 for the replacement of the water lines and repairs to the roadway. See website for additional information.

Scappoose Bay (Columbia County) - Scappoose Bay Marina and boat ramp are open. The pumpout and dump station are operational. There is no fishing or fish cleaning allowed in the Marina.
Scout Lake (Deschutes County) - Scout Lake Campground and Day Use are open. Located approximately 5 minutes from Suttle Lake, this location is a fantastic location for paddlers to explore, especially when Suttle Lake is busy. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed at Scout Lake Day Use Area.
Siletz River
Siltcoos Lake (Lane and Douglas Counties) - Westlake County Park is open.
Siuslaw River - Austa Boat Ramp, Bender Landing, Tiernan, Mapleton, Farnham, Tide County Park, and Linslaw are open.
Skipanon River - Warrenton Marina and boat launch are open.
Smith Reservoir (Linn County) - Smith Reservoir Day Use boat ramp is open, and Lakes End boat-in only campground is open. This lake is stocked annually with trout, making it a great fishing spot. Please be aware there is a 10mph speed limit for boats.
Smith River - Bolon Island, Noel Ranch Boat Launch, Riverside Wayside, Dailey Slide Takeout, and Vincent Creek boating access are open.
Snake River
- Dug Bar boat ramp is open.
- Nyssa boat ramp and docks are open. There are large voids between the boat ramp concrete planks. Use caution when launching and retrieving.
South Twin Lake (Deschutes County) South Slough (Coos Bay) - The Port paddle launch is open.
South Umpqua River
Spring Creek
- ADVISORY: All waterway users are asked to be respectful of this special place. Practice Leave No Trace when in the area, pack out all trash, including orange and banana peels, plan ahead and use designated restrooms, enter and exit the river at approved access points only, and remember to wear your life jacket.
Summit Lake (Clackamas County) - ALERT: Summit Lake is in a level 3 evacuation zone. Review restrictions before visiting.
Suttle Lake (Jefferson County) - Link Creek, Suttle Lake Day Use, and South Shore launch ramps are accessible, and the docks are in the water.
- South Shore Campground and Blue Bay Boating site are open.
Sutton Lake (Lane County) Tahkenitch Lake (Douglas County) Taylor Lake (Wasco County) - The primitive paddle launch is open. The northwest side of the lake burned in the Rowena fire. The bank area around the parking area is accessible and not impacted by the fire. It is recommended to access only using 4X4 high-clearance vehicles.
Tenmile Lake (Coos County)
- Tenmile County Ramp is open. There are low water levels at this launch location currently. The center boat ramp lanes have a large hole at the end of the boat ramp. Please avoid power loading your boat on and off your trailer. Power loading and unloading damages the lower portion of the boat ramp, causing expensive repairs and permitting.
Thief Valley Reservoir (Union County) Three Creek Lake (Deschutes County) - Three Creek Lake Campground is open.
- Three Creek Lake has a primitive boat ramp on the east shore to allow paddlers access to the lake.
Tillamook Bay (Tillamook County) - ADVISORY: Dredging of the federal navigation channel near Port of Garibaldi is scheduled to begin August 20. Following the channel, the boat basin at Port of Garibaldi is scheduled to be dredged beginning September 15. Due to operations, Jerry Creasy Way is closed. Access to vessels on transient docks can be made on foot.
- The Memaloose boat launch is open. There are several large potholes in the parking lot. Parks maintenance staff will be addressing the potholes at the earliest opportunity. Silt has built up in the bay; use caution when launching.
- All Port of Garibaldi facilities are open. The floating restrooms have been installed for the season.
Tillamook River
- Burton Boat Launch is open. The ramp is not usable by large boats at low tide.
Timothy Lake (Clackamas County)
- UPDATE: Timothy Lake is under a level 3 evacuation notice. Campgrounds and launches are closed.
Todd Lake (Deschutes County) - Todd Lake Day Use is listed as open. This lake is a great location for paddlers. The road to the lake is unimproved and recommended for high-clearance vehicles only.
Toketee Lake (Douglas County) - Toketee Campground and boat ramp are open. The water levels are too low to allow motorized launching at this time. Paddlecraft can be carried down.
Town Lake (Tillamook County) Trail Bridge Reservoir (Linn County) - Trail Bridge Campground and boat launch are open.
- Carmen-Smith Campground is open.
Trask River - Carnahan City Park is open; trailered boats can launch at this time.
- Steiner boat launch, Loren’s Drift launch, Cedar Creek boat slide (Nips Landing), Upper and Lower Peninsula, and Stones Road boat slide are all open. The river upstream of Loren’s Drift is too low for Drift Boats, and boats may need to drag downstream of Loren’s. Conditions are expected to last through the summer. Paddlers and small rafts can still utilize this area.
Triangle Lake (Lane County) - Triangle Lake boating access is open.
Trillium Lake (Clackamas County) - Trillium Lake Campground and Day Use boating access sites are open.
Trojan Pond (Columbia County) - Trojan Pond paddle access is open year-round. The picnic areas and flush restroom are open.
Tualatin River - ADVISORY: Cook Family Park boat launch parking lot will be closed beginning July 6th through mid-November due to construction. The boat ramp and dock will remain open/accessible during construction but are limited to foot/bike traffic.
- Stark Community Boat Ramp (Rivergrove) boat launch is open. Ramp operating hours are Summer: May 1 – October 31, 8 AM to 9 PM
- Rood Bridge boat ramp is open, and the docks are installed.
- The Farmington Paddle Launch is open.
Turner Lake (Marion County)
- North Turner Lake boat ramp is open every day from dawn to dusk unless the gate is closed.
Umatilla river - ADVISORY: Due to an ODOT construction project of a pedestrian bridge, there will be a barge located near the center pillar of the Highway 730 bridge just below Nugent Park. The barge will be tied off to the center with an anchor trailing behind. The project will begin in September and continue for an undetermined amount of time. During the time of the construction, the main navigable channel will remain open.
Umpqua River - ADVISORY: Bumble Bee boat launch and Rainbow Plaza will have an increase in traffic September 5-7 for the STEP Program Salmon Derby.
- Salmon Harbor Marina is open. The pumpout and dump station are open.
- River Forks County Park is open.
- Bumble Bee and Rainbow Plaza boat launches are open.
- Scottsburg Park ramp is open. Two of the dock sections are available at high tide.

Unity Reservoir (Baker County) - UPDATE: Unity Reservoir is at 10% water capacity. The water level at the State Park Day Use is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried down to the water.
Upper Klamath Lake (Klamath County) - UPDATE: Reservoir levels are 37% full.
- Hagelstein Day Use is open.
- Odessa campground and boat ramp are open. There is access to Klamath Lake through a channel from this location.
- Moore Park Marina I and II are open.
- Wocus Bay ramp is open year-round for day use.
Vee Lake - Vee Lake Campground and primitive boating access are open.
Waldo Lake (Lane County) - Shadow Bay Day Use and boating access are open. The campground is also open.
- Islet Boat Launch and North Waldo Campground are closed due to the Cedar Creek Fire. There is no anticipated opening date at this time, per the U.S. Forest Service.
Wallowa Lake (Wallowa County)
- ADVISORY: The east portion of the parking lot at the County Park boat ramp is closed due to storage of construction equipment for construction work on the Dam. Dam work is expected to continue into the summer of 2027.
- UPDATE: Wallowa Lake State Park boat ramp is open, but the boarding docks have been removed due to lowering water levels.

Warm Springs Reservoir (Harney and Malheur Counties) - The boat launches at Warm Springs Reservoir are dry. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water.
Westport Slough (Clatsop County) - Westport County Park boat ramp, short-term tie-up dock, and paddle launch are open.
Wickiup Reservoir (Deschutes County) - UPDATE: The reservoir is 22% full.
- Gull Point and Reservoir Campground Boating access sites are open.
- North Wickiup Boating Site is open. Water is below the bottom of the ramp. Paddlecraft can be carried to the water.
- North Davis Creek Campground and Boating Access are listed as closed due to significant hazard tree mitigation needs. There is no anticipated opening date.
Wiley Creek - Wiley Park Boat Ramp is Open for hand launching.
Willamette River - Coast Fork - Howard Buford Recreation Area primitive paddle access is open.
Lower Willamette River (Confluence with Columbia River to Willamette Falls)
- ADVISORY: St. John's Bridge in Cathedral Park continues to be under restoration. The project has been extended due to the need for more extensive concrete repairs. ODOT anticipates completing the work in Cathedral Park by March 2027, and all work will be completed by June 2027. The boat ramp, docks, and parking area are open during construction
- The boat docks have been installed at Milwaukie Bay Park
- Tryon Cove, Foothills Park, and George Rogers Park are open.
- Cedaroak Boat Ramp, Meldrum Park, Jon Storm Park, and Sportscraft Landing are open.
Middle Willamette River (Willamette Falls to Salem)
- Bernert Landing and Willamette Paddling access are open.
- Hebb Park Boat Ramp is open.
- Molalla River State Park is open. As of 3/30/2026, there is a $10 in-state and $12 out-of-state parking fee. Access into Molalla River State Park from Eilers Road is prohibited. Use the main entrance at River Park Place near the intersection of NE 37th Avenue and N Holly Street in Canby. Use caution when launching, as the boat ramp has large potholes and is very short. Be cautious not to lose your trailer off the end of the ramp.
- Boones Ferry Boat Ramp and Gas Shack are open. View the live camera on their website.
- Rogers Landing boat launch and dock are open. Paddlers are encouraged to use the beach area at the end of the access road. This area is near the single-car parking area and the restroom.

Wilson River - NEW: Sollie Smith Boat Ramp parking lot has a new graded gravel parking lot.
- Sollie Smith boat ramp, Mills Bridge, Siskeyville, and Vanderzanden boat access are all open. The Wilson River upstream of Sollie Smith is too low for drift boats, and conditions are anticipated to last through the summer. Paddlers and small rafts can still utilize these areas.
Woahink Lake (Lane County) - East Woahink Lake boat ramp is open year-round.
Wolf Creek Reservoir (Union County) - Effective June 1 through September 30, minimum and maximum size limits and possession bag limits for rainbow trout and bass are suspended.
