Excluding holidays, ESC Account Team staff are available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
ESC staff members are organized into three teams to address specific employer reporting issues. The phone numbers and email addresses of team members are provided in the ESC Account Representatives section below.
Employers can contact any member of their ESC Account Team with questions about EDX records and reports.
Busy signal: During peak call times, you may get a busy signal when trying to call ESC. If this happens, please wait and try again or send your question or request in an email to your ESC representative instead. Email addresses are provided in the ESC Account Representatives section below.
Long distance: If you're calling long distance, you can contact your ESC Account Team members by following the instructions below. Please be sure you have your team member's extension before you begin. The extension is the last four digits of your team member's phone number.
- Dial 1-888-320-7377.
- Wait for the third option, "If you know the extension of the person you are calling or to access the company directory ..." and press 3.
- At the prompt, enter the last four digits of the team member's phone number, and then press the # key. Leave a message if there is no answer.
