IAP account log-on information

Your IAP account user ID and password are different than your Online Member Services’ account user ID and password. If you do not remember your IAP password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Type your username or SSN and date of birth in the appropriate text boxes, and follow the instructions. PERS will mail you a new password. This will only work if you have previously logged in to IAP.Voya.com.

If you have never logged in to IAP.Voya.com before or are experiencing difficulties with the login process, you may need to contact PERS Member Services at 888-320-7377 or via email to receive your initial login PIN. If you never received an initial login PIN, you will need to contact PERS Member Services before accessing IAP.Voya.com.

Notice: Voya.com, which hosts the log-on sites for PERS' Individual Account Program (IAP) and Oregon Savings Grown Plan (OSGP) accounts, will no longer support Internet Explorer versions 11 and older after March 22, 2021. You will still be able to access Voya-hosted websites with Explorer, but you may find some functions no longer work when using that browser. Recommended browsers are: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and MS Edge. Voya is the third-party administrator of PERS' IAP and OSGP.
