Workday implementation issues impacting some OSGP member accounts
Implementation issues with Workday, the state of Oregon human resources and payroll system, are causing temporary posting errors for some Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) members.
At this time, contributions and payments for loans on OSGP accounts are not posting correctly, and percentage-based contributions from midmonth paychecks cannot be deferred.
OSGP staff members are working with the Workday implementation team to resolve all issues. Midmonth contribution issues are currently estimated to be resolved by April.
If you are an OSGP member experiencing issues, contact your employer's payroll specialist(s). They will work with OSGP staff to make corrections.
If you wish to change your first month's contribution amount, call OSGP's third-party administrator, Voya, at 800-365-8494 or log into your OSGP account.
