All meetings are held at PERS headquarters in Tigard at
11410 SW 68th Pkwy at 9 a.m. with an option to attend remotely, unless otherwise noted.
PERS Board meeting agendas and materials will be linked to the meeting schedule approximately two weeks prior to the meeting.
Public testimony or comment will be taken on action items at the Chair’s discretion. Written testimony/comment must be submitted to
pers.board@pers.oregon.gov. Requests to provide oral testimony/comment must also be submitted to
pers.board@pers.oregon.gov.
All written testimony/comment and requests to provide oral testimony/comment should be submitted three days or more in advance of the meeting. Three days allows testimony/comment to be processed by staff, included in the PERS board materials, and considered by board members. NOTE: During its meetings, the Board addresses the PERS program as a whole, not an individual member’s benefits. If you have a specific concern about how PERS administers your individual benefits, please call PERS Customer Service or follow the PERS appeal process as outlined in OAR 459-001-0030. |
