If you have issues logging into your OMS account, PERS
can verify your User ID or send you a temporary password by email. Simply click
the Forgot Password or Forgot User ID link on the login page
and follow the prompts. We will send your login information via email to the
address we have on file for your OMS account.
We can only send your login information to the email address on file with PERS.
If you have changed your email address, you will need to contact Member
Services at 888-320-7377, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. to update your email address of record.
If you have trouble logging into your IAP account,
click the Forgot Password? link on
the IAP login page.
After verifying your personal information, you can request
that your PIN be mailed to your address of record. You may also have the option
to gain instant access to your account by answering your security questions.
Notice: Voya, the third-party administrator for the IAP, is changing login security starting on March 19, 2018. If you previously have logged in with a 4-digit PIN, you may be prompted to select a new, 6-digit password. If you have never logged in before, you will need to meet Voya’s minimum password requirements.
If you receive a message that your IAP online access
is locked for security reasons or that your login attempt has failed, you will
need to contact Member Services at 888-320-7377, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
