Benefit payment resources

Wondering when your benefits will be paid or how to change your address?

We’ve compiled a handful of key resources for you relating to benefit payments:

• Benefit payment dates — Keep tabs on when your benefits will be paid each month, including check-mailing and direct-deposit dates, on our PERS pay dates webpage.
• Cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) — Find out what your COLA will be each year on our COLA webpage.
• Address changes — Submit address changes through Online Member Services (OMS). Note that OMS will only allow you to change your address if the next benefit payment is not in process. If you get a message that says you cannot make the change, try again in a few days. If you don’t want to use OMS, you can complete and submit an Information Change Request form to PERS.
• Direct deposit — To sign up for or make changes to your direct deposit payments, use the Domestic Authorization Agreement for Automatic Deposits form.
