Agency Records
The records OREA maintains related to its responsibilities as a state agency and as a regulatory body include:
- License and registration records
- Complaint, investigation, and administrative action records
- Compliance review records
- Escrow audit records
- Condominium development records
- Condominium unit owner's association reports
Submit your request using the convenient submission form below. Most requests are fulfilled within 2 weeks.
If fulfilling your public records request will incur costs, we will notify you with an initial cost estimate. OREA will:
- Seek your approval before beginning work if estimated costs exceed $25.
- Work with you to refine the scope of your request or reduce out-of-pocket costs if the initial estimate is more than $250.
