Constance L. Wold, Board Chair Constance L. Wold, Board Chair

Connie Wold received her JD from Lewis and Clark Law School. She has practiced workers' compensation law since 1985. She represented employers and insurers for 16 years. In 2002, she began representing injured workers, and in 2003, was a founding member of Hooton Wold & Okrent, LLP. Connie has been a presenter and organizer for many legal seminars, including Oregon State Bar, Oregon Women Lawyers, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Oregon Law Institute, and the Oregon Law Center/Legal Aid Services of Oregon. She was on the Board of Oregon Women Lawyers, and served as Chair of the Oregon State Bar CLE Committee. She also served on the Workers' Compensation Section's CLE committee. Connie joined the Workers' Compensation Board as Board Chair on September 25, 2017.

Sally Anne Curey, Board Member Sally Anne Curey, Board Member

After 25 years of workers' compensation experience, Sally Curey was confirmed as a Workers' Compensation Board Member on April 29, 2014. Sally graduated from Oregon State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Thereafter, she obtained her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 1988. Following law school, Sally worked for the Workers' Compensation Board as a Staff Attorney. Thereafter, she started working for Liberty Northwest/Liberty Mutual and had a full-time insurance defense litigation practice which focused on workers' compensation law. While at Liberty, she also practiced some civil litigation.

Roger Ousey, Board Member Roger Ousey, Board Member

Roger Ousey obtained his JD in 1986 from the University of Oregon. While attending law school he served as a law clerk with the law offices of Bischoff and Strooband where he learned the workers' compensation system. In 1992, he worked for the firm's Medford office on a full-time basis, then became a full partner in 1994. In 2011, he took over the firm under the name Roger Ousey, P.C. Roger joined the Workers' Compensation Board on June 5, 2017.

Barbara Woodford, Board Member Barbara Woodford, Board Member

Barbara Woodford was appointed and confirmed as a new Member on June 1, 2018. Barbara obtained her JD from Lewis & Clark College of Law. She has practiced law for many years, the first seven with a claimant's/plaintiff's firm, 25 years with Liberty Northwest/Liberty Mutual, and as a staff attorney at the Workers' Compensation Board beginning in 2013.

Moises Ceja, Board Member Moises Ceja, Board Member

Moises obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has a long history of representing low-wage workers, such as farmworkers, with the Oregon Law Center, a non-profit. During this time, he worked on matters that spanned employment and landlord-tenant law. Moises comes to the Board from the Oregon Health Authority where he was a civil rights investigator. He is fluent in both spoken and written Spanish. Moises enjoys spending time with his partner and two young children.
