The majority of the Workforce Talent Development Board (WTDB) is primarily composed of Oregon business leaders representing key industries such as healthcare, advanced manufacturing, information technology, energy, sports and apparel, forest products, food and beverage, and more. The WTDB brings these leaders together, alongside public sector partners, through working groups, convenings, and events to shape strategy, influence policy, and add value to Oregon's workforce system. Together, they help ensure the state's talent pipeline meets the evolving needs of employers. Below are some of the key resources the Board helps guide and support.
