Oregon's energy loan program offers fixed-rate, long-term loans for qualified projects that invest in energy conservation, renewable energy, alternative fuels, or create products from recycled materials.
Since the program began in 1980, the Small-scale Local Energy Loan Program has made more than 860 loans totaling more than excess of $600 million.
Energy loans have financed projects that, together, have saved enough electricity, natural gas, and oil to heat more than 150,000 Oregon homes each year.
