Recently Adopted Rail Division Rules

These rules were adopted approximately within the last six months.

Rail Infrastructure Notification

These new rules implement HB 2370 which requires local governments to notify the Department at least 30 days before they sell or convey real property within 100 feet of railroad right of way or within 500 feet of a crossing.
