Opportunities for public participation in the third phase design and evaluation process will be available throughout the remainder of the planning process. These workshops will build on the previous phases work.

| Open Houses |
|
A series of public open houses have occurred throughout the EMP process and will continue through phase three. Public meeting summaries from earlier phases can be viewed at the Project Library.

| Sounding Board Meetings |

The Oregon Department of Transportation is hosting a set of Sounding Board Meetings Tuesday, August 25, 2009. The Sounding Board is an open advisory committee, of community members and interest group representatives, that provides a forum for discussing the plan with interested stakeholders. Anyone who is interested can participate. Meetings are structured as workshops with presentations from the project team and hands-on work with participants. These meetings are scheduled for 1.5 hours and plan to stay for the entire meeting duration.
