Main Street exit closed Saturday for parade
The US 97 northbound Main Street exit ramp (mile point 275.3), leading to the city center, will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 22 to allow for a parade and community events in downtown Klamath Falls.
A detour route will not be signed. However, a message board will encourage drivers to take an alternate route to OR 39/Crater Lake Parkway exit 2.3 miles north on US 97. The alternate route then continues southeast on OR 39 1.55 miles to Esplanade Street.
Non-truck traffic may also utilize the Oregon Avenue alternate route, exit is 1.7 miles north at MP 273.6
