OHPR Policy on Linking to Outside Web Sites
The Office for Oregon Health Policy & Research (OHPR) is the developer and manager of the OHPR web site. The OHPR web site has links to other “outside” web sites. These may include links to web sites operated by other State of Oregon government agencies, the federal government, other states, nonprofit organizations, private businesses and individuals. When you link to an outside site, you are no longer on the OHPR web site.
Neither OHPR, nor employees of OHPR, warrants the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information published on any outside web sites, nor endorses any content, viewpoints, products, or services offered on outside web sites, and shall not be held liable for any losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information.
  • OHPR cannot authorize the use of copyrighted materials contained in outside web sites. Users must request such authorization from the sponsor of the outside web site.
  • OHPR is not responsible for transmissions users receive from outside web sites.
  • OHPR does not guarantee that outside web sites comply with Section 508 (Accessibility Requirements) of the Rehabilitation Act.
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information on OHPR’s web site, including providing links to relevant and up-to-date outside web sites, portions of such information may be incorrect or not current. Any person or entity that relies on any information obtained from this system does so at his or her own risk.
