Oregon's energy loan program offers fixed-rate, long-term loans for qualified projects that invest in energy conservation, renewable energy, alternative fuels, or create products from recycled materials.
Solar canopy at transit stationSince the program began in 1980, the Small-scale Local Energy Loan Program has made more than 860 loans totalling more than excess of $600 million.

Energy loans have financed projects that, together, have saved enough electricity, natural gas, and oil to heat more than 150,000 Oregon homes each year.
