Weatherization Programs Income Guidelines

To be eligible for the weatherization assistance program, a household's income must be at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level (see table below). These income levels are based on household income and household size.

How To Apply: OHCS uses a system of subgrantee agencies to determine applicant eligibility and delivery of services. You apply for assistance with community action agency nearest you.
