Weatherization Training & Technical Assistance


Weatherization is an extensive process and requires continual training and support. This applies to the technical, management, and programmatic elements.  This ensures we implement the Weatherization Assistance program effectively.

The Weatherization Training and Technical Assistance (WxF T&TA) Program provides:
  • Guidance
  • Technical assistance
  • Direct training and funding for training to Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program Subgrantees
Primary funding for the program is from the United States Department of Energy. Other funding sources include:
  • The United States Department of Health and Human Services
  • Utility companies
  • Bonneville Power Administration
