    OLCC Commissioners voted to adopt OAR 845, Division 25 - Recreational Marijuana rules. The permanent rules implement 2015 legislation and are effective June 29, 2016. The temporary rules implement 2016 legislation; these rules amend the permanent rules and are effective June 30, 2016.

Recreational Marijuana Sales
