Executive Order 17-21 directed several agencies to form the Zero Emission Vehicle Interagency Work Group (ZEVIWiG). One of the tasks assigned was to develop budgeting and ROI tools to help guide agencies on ZEV purchases and costs for budgeting the changing EV infrastructure. Because the ZEV vehicle market changes regularly and charging installation data gets updated as new projects are completed, these tools will be updated at least annually.
