The words or phrases used in the procurement manual are intended to express the same meaning as the term definitions provided in the list below. Procurement terms are derived from Oregon code and are further clarified within the sections of the manual where they appear. While certain procurement terms can be interchangeable, the manual generally presents a single use of a term.
