The Oregon Public Defense Caseload forecast provides projections of both the populations eligible for public defense and the cases where public defense can and will be assigned. The forecast delineates these populations and cases by circuit versus appellate court. The report is scheduled to be issued twice a year, on April 15 and October 15.
