Buy Decision Priority Checklist
The Buy Decision Priority Checklist has been updated to reflect the inclusion of OSBE into buy decision for Small Procurements and a preference for OSBE for Intermediate Procurements. Additional information can be found in the Oregon Procurement Manual.
COBID Manual
The COBID Manual is a tool for the use of procurement professionals. It was made in collaboration with the Procurement Impact Unit and COBID. The manual is meant to provide information on how to navigate the certified vendor directory for procurement purposes. It includes information about COBID certifications, the certification process, what information the directory provides about firms, and as well as troubleshooting tips and best practicces for searching the directory.
