DSNAP Pre-Registration October 17 - October 22.
Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (DSNAP) provides temporary food assistance for households affected by a natural disaster. DSNAP provides one month of benefits on an
Oregon EBT card
to eligible disaster survivors and can facilitate the issuance of supplemental SNAP benefits for ongoing households. To be eligible for DSNAP, a household must live or work in the disaster area, have been affected by the disaster and meet certain DSNAP eligibility criteria.
Due to the pandemic, the application
will be completely online. If you need assistance, please call 2-1-1, the Aging and Disability Resource Connection at 1-855-ORE-ADRC or reach out to a SNAP Outreach Community Partner.
DSNAP is available for those who lived or worked in Clackamas, Douglas, Jackson, Klamath, Lane, Lincoln, Linn and Marion counties on Sept. 7, 2020.

How to apply
A pre-registration period will be available online starting Saturday, Oct. 17 – Thursday, Oct. 22. ODHS encourages everyone to pre-register. An ODHS worker will contact you to complete an interview during the open application time.
Open application time will happen between Fri., Oct. 23 – Wed., Oct. 28, 2020. Apply for Disaster Food Benefits online based on the first letter of your last name.
If you applied during the pre-registration period you do not need to submit another application during the application period. You will be contacted to complete an interview once the application period opens.
October 28 is the last day to apply. The DSNAP program will be closed to new applicants on October 29, 2020.
