Visiting Rules

Introduction

To view special guidance for visiting during COVID-19 at your loved one’s institution, please review the information below.

All visitors should also review the general visiting guidelines and dress code to ensure processing does not take time away from their visit.

Important Before You Schedule a Visit

Before scheduling an in-person visit, you must be on the adult in custody’s approved visitor list.

While the online system allows you to schedule a visit, you will be denied entry if you are not on the approved list.

To avoid issues, confirm your status with your loved one before making arrangements.

Keeping your information up to date helps ensure a smooth and successful visit.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the facility directly for guidance.

Being prepared ahead of time will help ensure a meaningful and successful visit.
