Scheduling****Please read through all of the following information prior to scheduling your visit.****
- All visits must be pre-scheduled. Scheduling is available by calling the institution directly at (541) 756-6666, Ext. 0, Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Appointments will not be made outside of these hours. Do not leave a message. You must speak with a staff member to confirm your visit time.
- Each AIC will be allowed 2 visitors per visiting session regardless of age. i.e. 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. The 2 visitors may be different for the morning and afternoon sessions on the scheduled date.
- When scheduling for the day, the visitor will be able to attend both the morning and afternoon session on that day as long as space is available for both sessions. If the visitor only wishes to attend one session, other visitors for the same AIC may be scheduled into the remaining session. This allows for up to 4 different visitors to visit on a single day, with 2 in the morning session and 2 in the afternoon session.
- AICs in quarantine or isolation will not participate in visiting.
- Visitors will not be allowed to schedule a visit if they are not an approved visitor.
- All visits must be scheduled by 3:30 on Friday each week.
