Reduced Visiting | Institution Contacts

Institutions understand that exceptions may be necessary when no alternative options are available for normal or professional visits. This may include situations where a visitor cannot attend during regular hours or cannot participate by video or phone.

The contacts listed below can assist with requests outside of standard visiting days and times.

Phone Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Voicemails will be returned within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

In-person visiting is available at DOC institutions with additional health and safety protocols. Learn more and schedule your visit.

Important:
Adults in custody who are currently in the Intake and Assessment process (at Coffee Creek Intake Center) are not eligible for visiting until they have been moved to their permanent facility.
