Use this page to find upcoming EIS events, request attendance for vendor engagement opportunities, and review event details before attending. Some meetings may also be posted through the Oregon Transparency website or other official public meeting channels when required.

Vendor Day is a structured opportunity for technology providers to hear directly from EIS leadership, ask questions, and request short meetings with the appropriate technical or business areas.

Space is limited. Submitting the attendance request form does not automatically confirm attendance or an appointment. Requests will be reviewed and confirmed or waitlisted based on available capacity and alignment with the event schedule.

Vendor Day is an informational engagement opportunity. It is not a solicitation, procurement, evaluation, award, or commitment to purchase goods or services. Participation in Vendor Day does not create a preference or advantage in any current or future procurement.
