Legal Research

The Council meets quarterly with leadership to discuss a variety of topics.

Topics include, but not limited to: unemployment insurance trust fund solvency; program policy; legislation; and, funding.

When the Legislature is in session, there is an additional monthly teleconference to update members on legislation. It is helpful if prospective members have an understanding of the legislative process.
