Governor’s Recommended Budget (GRB) for Postsecondary Education:
In December prior to the Legislative Session, the Oregon Governor issues the Governor’s Recommended Budget for the upcoming biennium of state government, including investments in postsecondary education. The HECC presents with partners on the Governor’s postsecondary education budget request to the Oregon Legislature, and funding decisions for the upcoming budget cycle are made by the Legislature.
