VACCINATION REQUIREMENT FOR HEALTH CARE FACILITES

TEMPORARY ORDER EFFECTIVE 8/5/2021 THROUGH 1/31/2022

****PLEASE NOTEThe mandated vaccine order currently applies to all LMTs WHO perform their practice in a healthcare facility as defined in the order. The vast majority of massage facilities, spas, and private practices are not likely to fall under the requirement. That said, this is completely dependent upon the type of practice an LMT conducts, either full or part-time. If any LMT performs massage in a facility that falls under the definition of a Healthcare facility then the rule applies to them, at that time.
