We’re still working through the licensing system implementation. There’s some functionality that isn’t working yet—CE carryover, printing invoices, etc.

We’re focusing on the May and June license renewals right now. If you don’t have a May or June license renewal or an account update that needs to be done in the next two weeks, we’d like to ask you to wait until the first week of June to reach out to us. We are a bit overwhelmed and need to focus our efforts on getting the system fully functional and trouble shooting the imminent license renewals.

We’d appreciate your cooperation. We are just entering license application season and we’re working through some glitches with the new application module. As you know, we pride ourselves on being timely and helpful. It would be greatly appreciated if you could hold off on requests that aren’t immediate needs. Our goal is to get the system fully operational and then work on some updated how to videos to help you as users better understand the system.
