Food and beverage companies seek out customers through a number of different channels. Certainly grocery and other brick and mortar retail locations are a primary point of sales. However, many companies are finding success selling products at farmers markets and other “pop up” sales opportunities. E-commerce is a growing source of sales as more and more customers purchase products online. At some point, some companies will also seek out international markets by cultivating export relationships.
