Develop a stronger network when you join one of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

ERGs support historically underrepresented employees or underserved client populations. Supporting employees through our ERGs improves the quality of work we produce as an agency. It also fosters a sense of belonging that enhances the overall employment experience. Through our ERGs, employees build internal supports to create an environment where they feel validated in their experience, safe in expressing themselves and equally valued for the service they provide. This aligns with our RiSE culture, our ODHS mission and our Equity North Star.
