The Office of Developmental Disabilities (ODDS) licenses and certifies adult and child foster homes. We manage provider applications. We monitor the compliance and quality of current providers. Before Jan. 1, 2026, Community Developmental Disability Programs (CDDPs) did these tasks. Learn more about this transition below.
