In response to the governor’s “Stay Home, Save Lives” executive order, beginning Wednesday, June 3, this office will be open by appointment only for limited transactions. Limits on public access will be in effect until further notice, unless circumstances change.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday

(Closed for Lunch: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM)

Note: DMV offices are closed for Statewide Holidays.

Going North

  • From I-5 northbound, take the OR-66 exit (Exit 14).
  • At the stop sign, turn LEFT (west) on OR-66.
  • At the first traffic light, turn LEFT (south) on Tolman Creek Rd.
  • The DMV office is the first business on the LEFT.


Going South

  • From I-5 southbound, take the OR-66 exit (Exit 14).
  • At the stop sign, turn RIGHT (west) on OR-66.
  • At the first traffic light, turn LEFT (south) on Tolman Creek Rd.
  • The DMV office is the first business on the LEFT.


Going East/West

  • From OR-66, turn south on Tolman Creek Rd.
  • The DMV office is the first business on the LEFT.

This office accepts cash, checks, debit cards, Discover, Master Card and Visa for payment.​
