This facility may be closed temporarily at other times when business, weather conditions, illness or training requires the limited staff to be away from the office.

Going East

Going east on Santiam Hwy (OR-22), take Exit 12 for Golf Club Rd.
At the stop sign, take a Left (north) on Golf Club Rd.
After going over the Highway, take a Right on Sublimity Rd SE.
The DMV will be on the right-hand side of Sublimity Rd SE.
There is limited or no parking available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.

Going West

Going west on Santiam Hwy (OR-22), take Exit 12 for Golf Club Rd.
At stop sign travel straight across Golf Club Road onto Sublimity Rd SE.
The DMV will be on the right-hand side of Sublimity Rd SE.
There is limited or no parking available for oversize vehicles or vehicle combinations.
