This office offers drive test appointments. Drive tests at DMV are given by appointment only. You may schedule a testing (not an issuance) appointment using DM2U, or by calling the office number above. If appointments are full, check back daily for new appointments. You may schedule a drive test using a 3rd Party Tester or at a DMV office.

You must show proof of insurance before a drive test. You can use:

A valid insurance card;
A current vehicle liability insurance policy or binder; or
A DMV Certificate of Self-Insurance showing you as the owner of the vehicle.

Note: If there is inclement weather, drive tests may be canceled or traction devices may be required. Please confirm your drive test using DMV2U or calling the office number above. DMV offices are closed for Statewide Holidays.

Going North/South

From north or southbound Ivy St (OR-99), turn east on 4th Ave.
Continue on 4th Ave for about 1.5 blocks.
The DMV office is located on the right-hand side of 4th Ave before Greenwood St.
There is limited or no parking available for oversize trucks or vehicle combinations.

Going East/West

From east or westbound 1st Ave, turn North on Ivy St (OR-99).
Continue north on Ivy St for 3 blocks.
Turn RIGHT (east) on 4th Ave.
Continue east on 4th Ave for about 1.5 blocks.
The DMV office is located on the right-hand side of 4th Ave before Greenwood St.
There is limited or no parking available for oversize trucks or vehicle combinations.
