Maintenance Scheduled for March 28 – 29, 2026: Due to scheduled maintenance, Epayment Services will be unavailable from 11 p.m. on March 28 to 4 a.m. March 29 Pacific Time. During this time, carriers will still be able to add permits to their cart in Oregon Routing Information Online (ORION) and Oregon Trucking Online (TOL); however, payment through the U.S. Bank portal will be unavailable until maintenance is complete.
Announcement: Effective immediately we will no longer be able to offer a no-fee PIN debit option at our counter locations due to rising processing fees from our bank. Transactions made with your debit card will be subject to the same 2.4% processing fee as credit cards. More information is available about other
