Q: Will I need to create a new account to access these apps?A: No. If you had an account for the previous versions of these apps, your account is still active. All existing user names and passwords remain unchanged. Simply go to the web pages and sign in as normal.
Q: Will I need to save a new URL for the applications?A: No. The original URLs will now go to the redesigned versions of these applications. There is no need to save any new websites. If you are unsure if you have the correct URLs, visit the user manual which lists the URLs for each application we have updated.
Q: Why were these applications changed?A: We redesigned these sites for two reasons:
- To create a more modern interface that will improve the user’s experience.
- To ensure that these applications are compliant with all federal and state laws and guidelines for accessibility of online content. These changes have improved the usability of these applications for all users, but especially for those that utilize screen readers or have color blindness.
