Disciplinary Actions

Disciplinary actions have recently moved to the online Public Search tool. To find disciplinary action for a specific licensee, search by name or license number. Any disciplinary action for a licensee will show under the Details link. If you encounter any issues, or if you have questions regarding disciplinary actions, please contact us directly at osbeels.info@osbeels.oregon.gov.

For Oregon license holders: Oregon Administrative Rule 820-020-0045(4) requires an applicant or registrant to give written notification to the Board of any disciplinary action or sanction related to the practice of engineering, land surveying, or photogrammetric mapping imposed by any licensing agency within 45-days of the final order being issued. This notice can be submitted via email by sending it to osbeels.info@osbeels.oregon.gov.
