The Water and Monitoring Well Constructor examination is held the second Monday of January, April, July, and October at the Water Resources Department in Salem. To take the exam, you must be at least 18 years old, submit a completed application and pay the $20 exam fee. It is recommended that you submit the application and fee prior to the day of the examination.
