Additional information about instream lease, instream transfer, allocation of conserved water and other flow restoration options is also available through the Freshwater Trust, the Deschutes River Conservancy, and Trout Unlimited. These are non-profit organizations that work with the Department to restore streamflows throughout Oregon using these flow restoration tools and options.
