To obtain a list of current mitigation credit holders within your zone of impact or within the Deschutes Groundwater Study Area, please contact the Department and ask for the Instream Flow Restoration Coordinator.
For any mitigation project completed by a person or party other than a groundwater permit applicant, the Department requests that the following forms be used for mitigation credit transactions:
- Documentary Evidence Form: To assign mitigation credits from a mitigation credit holder to a groundwater permit applicant or permit holder.
- Chain-of-Custody Form: To convey mitigation credits from one mitigation credit holder to another mitigation credit holder.
