Funding Cycle History

The Planning, Collaboration, and Investments Division of the Oregon Water Resources Department (OWRD) helps Oregonians address instream and out-of-stream water supply needs now and into the future. For a full list of available funding opportunities, see the Funding Opportunities webpage.
Materials from the most recent funding cycles for three of OWRD’s grant programs: Place-Based Water Planning, Feasibility Study Grants, and Water Project Grants and Loans, are available below. Under each funding program, there is a table with links to grant applications and information about the applications funding status, application year, applicant, and location, and links to evaluation summaries and review team recommendations by year. The links below will take you to each funding opportunity.

To sort or filter by application name, funding status, year, applicant, or county, use the filter and sort functions in the below tables . Use the search bar associated with each table to search that table. Note that the search function only searches the text in the table, not the application documents themselves.
